Waste of time if you are self employed. You wouldn't receive a review if you didn't contact me without solicitation.

I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews. I received an unsolicited piece of mail addressed to me, but with my parents' address on it. I have no idea how they got either my name or parents' address, have never reached out to them to ask for financial advice, and have no need for a loan currently, thank you. Not only that, but there's no way to reach their office by email; only by phone or an in-person visit. I feel pretty creeped out about it.

I have dealt with Connie-Lynn for the last year and she has been very helpful. Doesn’t hide anything and tells you what’s best for you and your situation. Felt comfortable dealing with her and hopefully I don’t have to again but if I did I’m happy to go back to her at fairstone. I don’t understand some of the the bad reviews I’ve seen on here. I’d assume it’s because people couldn’t afford the payments in the first place and that’s on them not the fairstone or their employees. 100% recommend going to fairstone before easyfinancial/money mart.

Lynzi was nothing short of amazing when it came to helping me out with getting a loan she went above and beyond and helped the process become quick and easy.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY These clown promise you a loan but when it comes time to get it set up they use your credit is the reason we cant give you a loan so they promise you stuff and say on you are approved for x amount of money only to collect your personal information so they can sell it on the dark web. The agents in Victoria are all scammer and thrifts then call your cell phone and they cant even leave a message cause they are that bad. If you wanna be scammed then sign up and this review will be all over the net. Tired of companies taking advantage of people only way this review will go away is if they lend me the money they promised and stop using the excuse oh your credit is bad ya cause you wanna scam people if that is the case why did you take all my personal information just to scam me.

We had a very good experience with getting help and the advice too from. Connie-lynn. Very good at communicating.

My experience with this financial institution has been horrifying. You're better off getting a loan at a pawn shop. My advice is that unless you have no other alternative they are the last alternative you should ever consider. Don't walk away from this institution run as fast as you can.

My loan from Fairstone has given me enough financial stability that for the first time in years, I'm not dreading Christmas. I always used to love the holidays, but as I got older and life got harder it just turned into a source of stress and anxiety. Enjoying Christmas again is priceless. Thank you to Richard and all of his colleagues.

I have not used their services but I receive mail for the previous occupant of my home from Fairstone every month. Every month for 2 years I have returned this mail RTS, and the mail continues to come. Please update your records.

Connie was professional, kind, extremely helpful and got all of my needs met. I’ve been struggling to regain financial independence for a very long time and she made it all happen. Easy, simple and a wonderful experience. I would recommend her and her services to anyone
