They do an amazing job! My dog was just a puppy and I went through 3 different groomers that could not handle him because he would bite.. the owner Jane took him on and I've had no problems she is a miracle worker!!!!

Brought my 5 year old purebread Golden Retriever there because I trusted them and there expertise with my Pet. After I spent 75 dollars and a tip amount to groomer for the nice job they did I brought himHome and he started to scratch his ears I checked his ears for any cuts or scratches and just figured it was from being bathed and such at there facility after a few days his ears were badly inflamed and he had bare spots in his cheek s from scratching Vigourously I brought him To my veterinarian for treatment 300.00 dollars I returned and spoke to Jane the owner for some kind of compensation she as much told me it wasn't there fault and the only thing she could do is give me a free grooming next time I told her that i would never return to this establishment I don't recommend this place to anyone that care about there pets they don't tell you exactly what they do and what they bathe them with

I started grooming for The Posh Pooch almost half a year ago, after trying out other establishments through Ontario that didn't align with my morals and values.I am thrilled to say that I have never been met with such professionalism, or such compassionate, dedicated, experienced, and gentle staff.I have learned an incredible amount from my fantastic co workers, and believe myself to be a better human from the privilege of being in such a positive environment.Thank you to staff, and thank you to the clients for trusting us to love your babies!

They did a wonderful job with our pup! Very quick and great haircut!

Very professional. Brought my shiht zhu there and never went anywhere else since. They do a fantastic job and I would trust my precious dog to no one else!!!!!

We have travelled all around Canada for the last year and have not found any groomer that is so good to Jenni in Pierre..We now live in BC and have come back for a visit and called Posh Pooch soon as we got settled in and we got a appt within a couple of days.Jenny and Pierre are so beautiful and handsome when they are done at Posh Pooch. .They give them the full spa treatment and even paint Jenni's nails and put a matching flower in her hair.We love Posh Pooch and so do our fur kids...

I booked an appointment two days ago and booked time off work just so I could take my dog in for a haircut. When I got to my appointment I was informed that my appointment had to be pushed back a month. No apology, no call saying my appointment had been cancelled. The worker simply just shut the door in my face after telling me that my appointment had to be moved till next month. I cannot believe how they treated me! If they are going to be that rude with humans I can only imagine how they treat animals in there care. I am glad I didn't leave my dog there and will be telling everyone I know with animals how unprofessional this business is. Shame on them!Mike Cleroux

Not very professional. I have been dealing with them for at least 8 yrs. I had an appointment 2 weeks ago . Only to get there for them to tell me that I'm sorry but I cant groom your dog because hes aggressive. And that I will have to come back on the Tuesday because only her boss can cut him. All I said to her was oh I really wish I had of known because I had rearranged my day to being him in. I said I wish you could have called me.... i left there thinking i had an appointment on the Tuesday. The owner called and told me that i was rude to her employee and that they wont ever cut my dogs hair... I called to talk her and tell her my side of the story and she completely ignored me.. and wouldn't return my call. I normally wouldn't have cared but you see I'm handicap and it's not easy to get around..... before this incident they never told me that my dog was difficult to cut. I always recommend them . But I cant believe that they are treating people like this. Very dissatisfied with Posh Pooch. Would not recommend them to anyone..

The staff is patient, friendly, and very qualified. We adopted a German Shepherd with some trust issues and we always worry about meeting new people. It's evident that everyone there is an animal lover and you can see it the moment you pass them the leash. We'll be back again!
