It’s the simple things that make the kids happy. This location had balloons for the kids, crayons and colouring pictures. It’s clean and tidy. We enjoy our occasional visits for a happy meal.

flavour of this McDonalds is fantastic. but the new renovation leaves the dining room feeling uncomfortable, like they want you to leave? anyway im a little upset i told you guys my code in the drive thru but i didn’t get any points in the app!

Always some issue. Sometimes it’s good. Drive thru takes forever even with less cars. Food quality inconsistent but has been good. Hit or miss.

A couple of things to note here: either the front desk kids are not interested in the job, are not appropriately trained, or don't know how to do the job. The kids at the front desk are not appropriately trained. They dont pay attention what the customer is saying and requesting. Whenever I went to this location, I always got it wrong. I live in Acton.I ordered three in qty, but the individual at the front desk charged me for one item, and I had to order the other two items of the same product again. I told the front desk to redeem my points that were expiring. A couple of clicks by that individual did not happen, and i ended up paying the regular price for my item. Honestly, this needs to be cleaned up.

This location SUCKS. Not once have we come through here and NOT been parked (and we order 2 meals max. Usually small items like McDoubles, snack wraps etc. even ice cream they park us for.)Today we went through the DT while they were getting their delivery (so a huge truck was blocking the front & all of their parking spaces) and of course, we get parked. There is absolutely no parking and other vehicles trying to park as well.I understand they try to keep their times down, but it’s getting a bit ridiculous.

If you want free food from McDonalds, head to this location. They screw up so often that I’ve started sending photos to customer service and they hook up coupons or app points worth more than the original order. Good business plan if you ask me.

More students needed to take orders. I don't like having to touch the same screen as everyone else and them have to wait way too long for my number to be called. Poor customer service.

This location is warm, inviting, clean, and newly renovated. The staff are friendly and the customer service is exceptional... even after accidentally dropping my medium-sized drink all over the floor! I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this location.

Had about an inch of McFlurry and 4 inches of plain vanilla ice cream. Can you please take an extra 20 seconds and stir the thing properly? Revised.. order a sprite?! Got swamp water, also not even close to being full.
