Today was a very busy day for our company as we are right in the patio season. We always have the papers in place and the orders ready to go , however today was one of those days and a CSA driver went above and beyond when anyone else in his place would have just left ....I am sooooo beyond grateful......and wanted to say THANK YOU one more time!

We made an appointment with the dispatcher for 12:30 PM as our business doesn't open till then.Then the driver called us maybe 20 times trying to get someone to come in and accept the delivery. We told him on the very first call that we scheduled for 12:30, and that no one would be there until then. He continued calling repeatedly, we talked to the dispatcher explaining the situation. And the dispatcher told us to talk to the driver again, which was weird because nothing changed with our circumstance.Apparently we were the last delivery so he just didn't to work. Driver arrived at 12:15 and started blasting our call centre again just to be told that we would be there at 12:30. Really poor customer service, 10/10 would recommend hiring someone else.

They are one of the best transportation companies i have dealt with from California to Canada. Very friendly staff.

Thanks Bill Hutchinson u been very helpfull when i make the order to pick my pallet from chicago to calgary. My order come on time when u say they are. U and your team including the deliver driver always helpfull and polite i dont have no problem, over all this 4 years working with u guys thanks CSA

We have been using CSA for years and they have always provided excellent service and pricing.

If I could give a zero review I would. You drop a pallet on my managers foot and refuse accountability. You miss appointments and don’t call and now you call a lawyer on my company because I tell Bill we don’t want to do business anymore. My invoices are current and not even overdue. There is a new generation of customer that doesn’t and won’t tolerate this kind of customer service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - They gave me completely false information regarding lanes and dates, then would do nothing to deliver on the service I paid for even tho it was in writing on the quotes they sent. NEVER USE THEM.
