Great Canadian Oil Change

Like getting my oil changed here. Pricey as expected and they always find something else to add on to your bill which is nice they look out for your vehicle. Told me my undercarriage was super muddy but when I asked what they recommended the best way to clean it would be the guy said the guy from below already went in and was on break. Nice how quick it is.

Helpful, respectful and professional employees. Prices are competitive with other companies. Give these guys a tip for their great attitude and respectfulness.

It was an amazing place, until last time. The lady working there is awesome but the guy filled coolant in our windshield washer. I'm sure he realized it since the coolant is also filled up in the right place. He never said anything and when we called for the mistake all we got was oh well". Sad."

Randi and Chris were very helpful in getting our needs met. We got an oil change and a transmission flush they took their time to do it right(we were not in a rush). Overall we were pleased with the service and the employees were awesome.

I just wanna say this is the best experience Ive ever had getting an oil change. Chris the Assistant Manager gave me the best customer service Ive ever had. He needs a raise guys! Thanks for all your recommendations and help, I appreciate you going above and beyond.

I have been to this location twice but unfortunately will not be back. Both times I’ve had issues with staff. First time, the man directing me into the garage signalled for me to drive forward, then when I parked inside told me that I’m not allowed to drive in while the garage is opening or else it could damage the tracks. I was unaware of that, considering he was signalling for me to drive forward. Not to mention generally you are able to drive thru a garage while the door is opening so I did not consider that since I didn’t know to begin with. And just today I had parked in front of the building, I was going to go inside to ask for an oil change and the door was locked, I thought maybe they were closing down or something so I simply turned around to go back into my car, and then out came an older lady who rudely told me to just go to the garage and drive around while she shook her head at me and gave me attitude. I did not know that the floor had been mopped and they did not want clients to accidentally slip on it inside, etc. Hence why the door was locked. I was told that by the nice man who was the one who changed my oil and was actually polite to me. He explained it very nicely and there was absolutely no reason for her to be rude like that which I did reply back sternly too but it had caught me off guard.

The service is fantastic and they never pressure you to add on more products. Usually in and out of here in under 1/2 an hour.
