Absolutely stellar service.Had the pleasure of working with Omar and Luc when purchasing my 2023 KTM super duke GT.Omar was able to answer all my questions and point me towards the type of bike that suited me most.Never felt like i was being pushed or being sold something i didn’t need/want.Omar was also kind enough to reach out after purchase to answer any questions i may still have had and to simply see if i was enjoying my bike.

People are very warm and welcoming here. Front desk lady offerred us coffee and water. We were helped by Taylor for bike purchase. He is very knowledgeable and easygoing. He answered all our questions and made our decision easy. Very impressed with Taylor and highly recommend him and peak powersports if you are looking for a wonderful purchase experience.

Our experience was optimal. My husband has been dreaming of his Super Duke 1290 for 5 years and this team made it happen. The Customer Experience Manager, Ro, was amazing and she got us coffee right away and got us a spot in with their finance expert right away. My husband was quoted his price and is receiving his bike by his birthday in July . His order was fulfilled today and we thank you for your assistance and care to every detail of his order. Hi Lawrey....you may have been misinformed regarding my 1 star review. I had called 2 1/2 weeks prior to my travel plans and the service lady said they could not fit me in. It was not a same day appointment as you are suggesting.On a better note...when I called 3 days before my arrival, you were able to get me in. The tech worked late that day...which was greatly appreciated...so I could continue on my trip. I hope this clarifies the situation....Thanks again.
