After my experience do not use tireland for your AC systems!They charged me $400 to recharge my system then told me to come back 1 week later and they would look for leaks…. So no AC.1 week later a huge leak was found, I was given a quote with 1 option to fix $1700.Of course I got a second opinion and was told I had two options and I could fix and do AC recharge for $500. I was also told that my AC should not have been recharged if their was a leak present and this could be found when the vacuume is connected to the system before recharge.When I went back to tire land to ask for a refund I was told nothing would be refunded , that it was my choice to get the repair done somewhere else and to call Steve the manger so he could explain to me how they diagnose things….Seems pretty backwards that you don’t find a leak before recharging a system..I’m very disappointed. I have been using them twice a year for seasonal changes and very disappointed I would get ripped off like this.Poor customer service, and I was treated as if I didn’t know what I was taking about yet two other mechanics told me I got ripped off!

Came by and asked if they could re-torque my tires even though I had them swapped in Calgary and they were so accommodating and extremely nice about it and didn’t even charge me. Will definitely use their services in the future.

If I could choose a 1/4 star review I definitely would!!brought my 2008 F350 to the North End Tireland location for a out of province inspection.I got the CVIP repairs done elsewhere but returned to get it reinspected. They tell me that my power steering pump was needing to get replaced in order to pass the inspection.I was never made aware of the power steering pump issue when I first brought my truck in or I would’ve gotten that repaired before bringing it in for reinspection,but magically it appeared when I return to get it reinspected. I feel that Arthur Smith is one of the most crooked business men in Red Deer,trying to tell me that he will not pass the inspection until I get the power steering issue fixed! A repair that was never found my first time I brought it in for inspection.Not trustworthy,professional or affordable and if they can rip you off and get away with it,they will! Do not bring your vehicles there for anything!

I wanted to take moment to thank-you all for the good service. I needed a truck tire center to do a tire exchange on my RV. Tireland was able to accommodate us without delay. The technical and front counter staff were friendly and competent.But I really wanted to give a shout-out to the manager Stephen who was able to source me a couple of quality used Michelin RV 22.5 tires because they are tough to find nowadays with the Pandemic and all. His effort has saved me from having to switch out all six tires.Three cheers for Tireland!"

First few experiences where great. Brought my fathers truck in for a oil change and they ended up telling me that the ball joints needed to be replaced. Told them not to do it because I would take it some where else. Took it to another mechanic and check over everything to tell me that there is nothing wrong with the ball joints. Just be carefully what they tell you

Complete disappointment had my 17 year old daughters car safety inspected and these monkeys didn't even pull the rear wheels off and check her brakes they were shot like really shot. They potentially put her life in danger. Than just recently my daughters boyfriend took the car there for repairs and they decided they get to make there own rules on vehicle inspections wouldn't pass the insurance inspection because of spark plugs and a battery they said was bad but really the positive connection was loose lol anyways make your own decisions I wouldn't let this place touch a power wheels let alone anything on the road.

Shouldve taken the chance and reviewed other customer experiences, my car from Ontario which was brought to ford for maintenance was said to be in perfect condition, this shop says I need 2 rear tires as they said it has a cuz on sidewalls. It seems fair to change but not affordable at this shop.After failing they charged full price $250 tax in for just inspection let alone a future charge of $60 plus tax for retest, each tire was quoted 300-900, when I was quoted alot cheaper for rims and tire package elsewhere.Definetly do not plan on coming back or recommending to anyone I know as the customer should be advised before if they will be charged full price even when failed.Not to mention I didnt notice what the counter associate was looking at when my car was being parked, THANKS FOR THE SCRATCHED LIP ✌️Wont let me respond, I went to another tireland after getting the job done else where for requirements at a fraction of a cost, I was quoted 195 for just fron alignment, which ended up costing 120 elsewhere, tires were quoted 600 a tire which costed me 350 each...NOT AFFORDABLE, would NOT recommend.

Really helpful and quick to respond! Talked to them on Friday and they had me in the following Monday to get some new tires! Very easy going and pleasant to deal with!

Tireland @ Golden West Ave in Red Deer has to be one of the most organized well ran shops I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The parts guy there is always willing to help, if he doesn't know he has all the contacts to find me exactly what I am looking for. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone, their techs are extremely knowledgeable with H/D and all makes, you won't be sorry you went to them.
