Today I found a door tag on my mailbox. I was at home the past several days waiting for the parcel but it was not delivered - a door tag was left 10 feet from my apartment door. He got into the building to leave the door tag so why didn't he deliver the parcel? This is not the first time this has happened.

They seem to be very incompetent here, they put my DOOR TAG in my MAILBOX in which my my small order should of been able to fit....They didn't page my apartment numberNor even try to knock on my doorSo now I must travel an Hour for my packageI'm very upset with this serviceI Do not plan To Ship through them i would not like my customers to be upset with there terrible service....(I also have a fed ex store 5 minutes away)So why make me go to a store 60 minutes away..... very unhappy
