Brought my soon to be hubby here and they took great care of him. Matthew was very helpful and made it such a fun time for me ..(and fiancé) lol He didn't pressure him at all to buy suit and we came back after sleeping on it and then made the purchased. Very knowledgeable and had a Great experience ! Thanks Matthew!

It's awesome having this place in Waterloo. They are a clothing gem, the items they sell are always of the highest quality, and I always find something I'm looking for.Their staff is superbly knowledgeable and always helpful to find you what you're looking for. I deal mostly with a salesman named Sam, who not only remembers all my sizes and dimensions, but also my preferences and likes. With his guidance and perfect sense of style, I have truly come to enjoy all my purchases.This will be my go-to clothing store for years to come.

SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK.Shopping at Paul Puncher has genuinely ruined me for going anywhere else - and if you're not ready for that you should reconsider going in.From my very first visit the level of service, attention to detail, quality of advice and kindness of every single team member blew me away.Most recently I worked with Matthew and Mario for a bespoke suit for my wedding and could not possibly be happier.Whether it's been a jacket, a shirt, a suit... just coming in to take a look and get some advice... I have never had a shopping experience like I do at Paul Punchers.I wish I could leave 10 stars.

They somehow managed to make even me look good! I don't need to wear a suit very often but you have to step it up when you're getting married, and Matthew was incredible in getting me sorted. Not only do I have a killer suit that should last a long time, but he also worked out some nice matching details for the wedding party to tie us all together.It was a great experience working with Matthew and highly recommend him to anyone looking to look good.

I attended a consultation for my partner and his friend. They needed to get their first suits as young professionals. I was really, really impressed by the level of service we all received here, the level of information provided to make an informed decision, and the clear expertise in modifying suits to fit your body. We went to another local suit store that did not provide the same level of service nor quality of goods and education, which just made us more impressed with our treatment here. I will definitely be recommending Paul Puncher for those looking for suits.

I had never bought a suit before and needed one for a work event. I’m a tall guy so I knew I wouldn’t be able to buy a suit off a rack somewhere. Made an appointment with Scott and he put together an amazing custom suit for me. Can’t thank him enough for his expertise and phenomenal customer service.I was on a tight schedule and Scott was able to have my suit fully ready for me in under a month. He answered all the questions I had in a timely manner and was very attentive to my order.Paul Puncher is the place to go if you want a great customer experience, and an amazing looking suit that fits perfectly.
