I’ve been purchasing glasses and contact lenses from Grace for a while. Grace and the staff there provided superb customer services. They are patient, professional and very friendly. They always followed up with me on my orders and suggested sample products for me. I highly recommended them.Even I live quite far now, I still go back to them when I need contact lenses or even glasses in the future.

Brilliant! My prescription glasses broke on Friday of last week and I went by recommendation to buy my new glasses here. They told me a week and I had to go back a few days out of necessity. Together with her team, Grace managed to have the glasses that same day with an incredible result. The best service in all of Vancouver. Thank you!!!!

The best glasses store no joke. Different from other big busy glasses stores, here they actually take time to sit down and explain to you and give you very honest advice and answers. Very professional yet friendly. Sufficient quantity of choice on the frame as well as different brands of lenses to choose. Very reasonable price, everything is transparent. Was very impressed with their service! Well deserve on those 5 star reviews.

I did an eye exam there. The check up was very through. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They also gave great suggestions on frames. Definitely worth visiting!

I'm so happy that I went to Eye Elite to get my new pair of glasses. Grace and Leon were so lovely and welcoming. They were so patient while I was being indecisive on which pair of glasses to go with. Prices are affordable and they even gave a complementary glasses cleaner. I loved how they gave me a call to follow up and see if I was 100% satisfied with my glasses. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here!

Bought a pair of glasses from here several months ago. Great store with great staff! Needed a new pair of glasses but I was a bit nervous with Covid and needing to put sample frames on my face. The store was clean and all public health measures were followed. Felt very safe there. I never felt pressured or rushed. Grace was awesome and was honest about whether the frames looked good or not or if the frame would work with my crazy high prescription. It was all about finding the right pair of frames, not making the sale. If you need a pair of glasses, you should definitely give this shop a try.
