Really great selection and people. They have good quality and a wide selection that works for all budgets. All their materials are good quality. Yani was incredibly helpful and helped us make some good decisions for our kitchen and washroom renovations. They have a lot more than tiles, including shower and bath systems and hardware. We found a good quality trough drain here too. We are repeat customers and this was the second time sourcing from this fine business.

Everyone I’ve dealt with here has made my shopping process enjoyable. They have a great selection of tiles from all the big companies and better prices. Sales staff are willing to work through design ideas with me and can pull out tiles to support my “vision”. Responsive via email, happy to send sample boards home.

Terrific customer service!I bought a black Riobel kitchen faucet over 2 years ago. A minor part of the finish had come off. So I called and they said they would replace this rather expensive faucet at no charge! Just had to return the old one. I was totally thrilled. Thanks to the staff Terry and others at Ceramic Tile World.

I'm quite pleased with the service and all the great products. I would definitely recommend these tile guys to anyone looking for quality tiles in Toronto. The design area and the on staff designer (forgot her name) was really helpful in deciding on what products to use.

I was very pleased with my various purchases at Ceramic Tile World, both for the new bathroom and kitchen. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff and the prices much better than many other Reno stores we went to. I would definitely recommend and go back to for the next Reno project. Well done.

Ceramic Tile World
We had a great experience at this store. We bought tiles for our 4 bathrooms, laundry room, pantry, 2 fireplaces and all of our hardwood and vinyl. Prices are reasonable and their customer service is great. Dina was amazing and so friendly! She's very knowledgeable and she offered so many great suggestions to help with our selection. She's a gem! We also met the owner Steve and he was also great We've recommended this place to all our friends and we'll continue to do so.

We recently bought tiles for 3 bathrooms. The selection here was great and the prices very reasonable. They also applied $0.5 discount per sq.ft for all tiles.Staff was very helpful and courteous. They also helped us choose matching grouts and recommended mortars. They did not price-gouge us at any point.The tiles were delivered on time and they even threw in some free tiles for the shower niche.All in all a great experience.

I went to them for my kitchen sink, fixture and counters and can honestly recommend them for excellent service. Their experience and attention contributed to a flawless component of my reno when times were getting edgy with all the other parts. They were super helpful. It's feels like you're buying from a family and I like that experience so much better than with a big store.
