This comment is more about how I'll prepared TD is for the economy opening up post Covid than this location. Saturday.... Lots of business. Where are the employees? TD is losing money by not meeting their clients needs.

Saw ad to transfer funds to TD and receive $300 bonus. Never received anything and with over $20,000 in account, not even $0.01 interest in last 18 months. Time to move on.

Rude reception. won’t do in person banking. I wanted to open a business account and bring my business to them but was told very snarky I had to call in and I WILL NOT be helped in person. When I told this lady I only to in person banking she gave me a disgusting look and looked at the door.Blown away. What happened to in person services, customer service and real people.

Have had great experiences over all with TD but unfortunately ran into a super rude employee which I find rare with TD. Went in and dealt with a situation I have had in the past multiple times. Knew how it should have been handled and was told that I don't know what I was talking about. In the end found out I was right and even the new card I was told would work and knew didn't of course didn't work. Got it dealt with after but the way it was handled by this middle aged short haired blonde lady was very frustrating. (written for my boyfriend)

Not really happy with this branch. I was half way through opening an account (which I traveled here for) And my 4 year old needed to go to the washroom and they wouldn't let him go , because of covid" meanwhile people are coming in and touch the same machines and being in the same building again after two years. So I either had to walk away from my appointment and hope Boston pizza wouldn't make me buy something to use their washroom

Consistently slow service. One time I gave cash to teller to pay off my credit card and got a receipt. Lucky I did because on the receipt it showed the money being deposited to a MasterCard.... I’ve never owned a MasterCard so somehow the teller deposited it into some random account that obviously wasn’t mine. Every time I give this branch a try, I leave disappointed. I’ll stick to the branch near Rexall as they always have great service!

Very unsatisfactory with this location and also with representatives. Took hundreda out of my account on their mistake because of “algorithm” and now they’re making excuses and not helpful. Just want my money back but it seems I have to jump through hoops and the people on the phone are rude and snark. Ill be switching my investment accounts elsewhere. In fact I think I may switch banks entirely

Just went in to deposit a cheque, before the door even closed behind me, a nice lady asked me how my day was going and started helping me right away, after she deposited my cheque and gave me a reciept she wished me a good day, and another lady had the door held open for me with a big smile and she aswell wished me a good day. This might not sound like a big deal but in these times we live in thats what I call Rockstar service. Super quick, Super efficient and super pleasant. Now I just gotta figure out what to do for the half an hour I set aside in my day to sit in a bank lineup. This is why Banking at TD isnt even a question for me.

Been with these guys 17 years and still won't give me a credit card or up my overdraft limit. I have other credit cards and I never miss a payment. I'll be closing my account here very soon.
