Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Juan and the other customer service agents did everything needed to help my rental experience go smoothly while my truck was in the shop. My wife has rented from them many times and had no problems with either the vehicles or with the staff. Nationally Enterprise is our go to car agency. We have rented from them in at least 5 states.

These guys were awesome. I really felt like they wanted my business. Kind and courteous the whole time. My wife was devastated when her car was hit and they set her up with a little SUV that worked perfectly until she got her baby back.

After hitting a deer on vacation from Ohio, our insurance company gave us a rental through this location. I was honestly nervous based on some of the other reviews, but everything was perfect. Staff was very kind and responsive. Upgraded our vehicle to a large SUV at no cost since we were traveling with suitcases. They even worked with my insurance to return the rental back home in Ohio since my car wasn’t done at the end of the rental period

This is the only company I rent a car from and they have treated my excellent I have had only one problem and that was with a car I rented from them but they made sure I got another car that was working better. This is a great place to rent a car

It was very horrible service that i had before. I rent 2 times here. Both of them were so terrible. I would give them zero if i could. First time i rent a car, they provide me really dirty car, they did not clean anything. I never had this kind of Enterprise. They do not even look when the car is back. Second time, I left my garage door opener in the rental car. I thought it was my fault, so i told them like i am sorry it is my fault." And a male employee was trying to help me to get the garage door opener. For some reason

Juan, Sam, and chris were so nice, helpful and friendly! They made the whole experience enjoyable. Amazing employees, I was nervous cause I’m a young driver and hit a deer this was my first time driving a new car but they definitely helped with the anxiety!

I have rented cars from here for the past 5 years. Always have had a very helpful and friendly staff. The vehicles have always been very well kept and clean!

If I could I would give them a zero!! We booked a mini van a month in advance. The day before a rep called and confirmed our reservation and collected some info. When I arrived there was NO minivan. We were offered a smaller style SUV for 7 passengers! NOT acceptable! The rep was not helpful and was nonchalant. I left and went to Alamo. They didn't have any minivans but instead gave us a Expidition to accommodate us at the same price. The lady at enterprise said she would call around and see if another location had a van but instead she turned to a coworker and asked him and he replied they don't have anything. They didn't even try. If it wasn't for Alamo we would have missed a family member's graduation.
