VON Community Support Services-Meals on Wheels

A real disappointment not sure exactly what supposed to happen I called for meals on wheels and I'm still waiting for a reply I'm still waiting for I guess the menu selection or what happens next I'm interested yet no one seems to want to reply back and I find this difficult but then again it's difficult times and and you know I'm giving into consideration is reason why I gave two stars I didn't want to give it one star but it is very disappointing that no one is even bothered to call back acknowledge or anything and then this is most of my third attempt maybe one star is best

Very frustrating. Have been waiting for 2 days after calling for a psw to assist with post-op bathroom needs...no response on weekend at all. Nurse booked today for wound care has anxiety with my service dog" and will not be coming for wound care. She is the only nurse on call for today!Why hire staff who are not fully capable of completing their tasks and are thereby putting patients at further risk? Educate your staff on service dog protocol!"
