Connah Cleaning Services

I hired Connah based upon the reviews posted on his web site. This was May 6/23 within 2 weeks of the cleaning my wife decided to re clean with our residential carpet cleaner, just did not look clean. After 2 hours the rugs were now clean.UPDATE June 7,2023However to Scott Wilson's credit, he did remind me that he would have returned and recleaned the carpets and if still not satisfied he would have refunded my money.However in hindsight I decided I would not to take him up on these options.So, I am disappointed in the service and can not recommend this company. But I also did not give him a second chance to reclean the carpets.So it would seems that he is a committed business man and would stand by his work.

Scott came over to clean the carpets at my dad's place that hadn't been deep cleaned since they were installed over 30 years ago. He got out stains I didn't think possible to clean out and managed to do 3 rooms and a set of stairs in only a few hours.Great service, polite and quick.

Scott stretched a carpet wrinkle out of our living room and cleaned the carpets in our terrace home in a couple of hours. Excellent job and care in pulling out as much water as possible...carpets were 99% dry in 3-4 hours.

Scott addressed pet stains on my carpets and came back two days later as I was initially unsatisfied with the smell that still lingered. He was professional, diligent, polite and is hard-working. Scott's hard work and determination to satisfy his customers is top notch. If you don't have Scott working for you, you don't have the best carpet cleaning company in Ottawa!

We have used this service many times over the last couple of years. With multiple dogs and cats in our home, we have asked Scott to freshen up the carpets for us. He has always been wonderful.
