Canadian Spa Company

I don't normally leave reviews but I must say this is a fantastic company to deal with. We bought the Toronto spa and love it but unfortunately it came with a faulty pump. After registering our warrenty. The Canadian Spa Company sent us the new parts in the mail and a technician to our house to fix it. I was so impressed with the service we received I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering buying a spa.

This is our second hot tub from the Canadian spa company. The first one we had for five years without one single issue. However, the second hot tub is 28 months old and loaded with dozens of blisters on the inside. Not to mention, the hot tub cover is completely deteriorating and broken already. Its covered under a gazebo and has no exposure to the elements. I called customer service today with a lady named Doc Lauren??? And I must say, this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. She had zero customer service skills, was incredibly rude, and did not know how to explain or communicate anything, she kept cutting me off with an arrogant attitude, and I was in complete disbelief!I feel that the Canadian spa company could replace the hot tub cover at the very least. we paid $7800 plus tax for this tub and my daughters $100 pedal bike has a better warranty than this company. Clearly, there is some major quality issues going on that need to be addressed. I know two other people who have purchased plug-and-play hot tubs from the Canadian spa company in the last two years that are also having huge quality issues as well…… this is so disheartening, because we absolutely loved our first hot tub and never had a single issue with it and recommended to our friends to purchase from this company. I had a great experience with Canadian Spa. I bought my tub from Walmart, had an issue and they came an fixed it on site and they never charged me a cent. Highly recommend. Great company. And I think they are Canandian?

Right from the moment I walked into their store to the final delivery the experience and customer service was 5 stars. I got a great deal on the hot tub, the communication has been excellent, the delivery crew was amazing and took their time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend the staff and products at Canadian Spa Company.

BE CAREFUL CUSTOMERS. The company misled us about delivery fees when they said that spas would be delivered to the curbside for free. We met their representative at a home expo in Halifax, who told us that delivery was included with the purchase of a spa and that we could buy it from Canadian Tire during a 30x points event. After purchasing the London SE spa from Canadian Tire, we were instructed to contact the company for delivery. However, when we did so, the representative said that free delivery was not available and that the only option was backyard delivery at a high cost. The main office confirmed this. I expressed my frustration about their hidden fees and false advertising, but they didn’t seem to care. Their customer service was terrible.UPDATE: The Canadian Spa Company’s customer service team contacted me to hear my story and help resolve the issue. They explained how their free delivery works and acknowledged that there had been a miscommunication. They offered me a reasonably priced delivery, which I accepted. I appreciate their commitment to their product and service, so I’m changing my review from 1 to 4 stars because they improved my experience.

I bought a hot tub from Canadian Spa in June 2022. I was completely impressed with the sale and support I received from day one . The delivery was impressive and on time. The installation book and details on the hot tub was very informative. I have had a beachcomber hot tub and a jacuzzi hot and have owned hot tubs for ten years. The support and part availability was terrible on my other hot tubs. I had a minor problem this year with my water fall valve this year and the support was excellent . The phone was answered promptly and I was sent the part at no charge quickly . A follow up call was made to me to ensure I got the part and installed it without problems . A technician also phoned me to ensure everything was working ok. The support and videos Canadian Spa have in place ensure my experience in the future with my hot tub will be positive . The price was also very competitive with all the other hot tubs. I am very impressed with Canadian Spa .

Buying a spa from Canadian Spa was an awesome experience. The General Manager Nigel and his team are amazing and very knowledgeable. The Spa was delivered on time with emails and tracking about its arrival. The delivery team was awesome and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Canadian Spa a great company and Canadian made!!

I purchased a spa in October. The staff at the office in Oakville were excellent in showing me the tubs and got a great discount during their fall sales. Sometimes you get a great salesperson but the follow-up is terrible. However at Canadian Spa company they follow through. I then interacted with another staffperson who guided me through the delivery process and getting the area ready for delivery. Finally the day of delivery, as promised the guys were on time, they were careful and kind and friendly, made sure it was exactly in the right place, showed me how to use the chemicals and other features of the tub. But the tub doesn’t work. Came with broken parts. Disappointing. I called customer service, 24 hrs later i had an appointment, 3 days after that the technician came and fixed it quickly. The next day I was able to fill and use the tub and its awesome. The technician even gave me his card so I could contact him if there were any future issues. That is great service.

Our recent experience with Canadian Spa Company was absolutely fantastic! We had researched different companies and Canadian Spa Company had exactly what we were looking for ( Great quality and features ) We decided to go with the back yard delivery option and are extremely happy we did. The service team that delivered our tub was incredible! Not only were they on time, they were super friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. We are definitely happy with our choice!

We purchased our hot tub two years back and have been extremely satisfied with the tub, and with the service provided by the company. We have had no issues with the tub, its operation, other than a couple of pillows that wore more quickly than expected. We contacted the company and in no time, the issue was fixed. Great people to deal with. They take the satisfaction of their customers seriously! I would recommend Great Canadian Spa to anyone seeking to purchase a hot tub. You will not be disappointed. As an aside, they have an excellent slate of instructional videos on YouTube that covers most aspects of setup, maintenance, and ongoing care.
