Columbia Vacuum

I have two Oriental rugs that I inherited from my parents and that are at least 50 years old. Columbia Vacuum serviced my vacuum cleaner, and I can now keep the Oriental rugs clean with suction only, without having to use the rotating carpet cleaning mechanism. A big improvement.

I’ve been a very satisfied customer of Columbia Vacuum for over 15 years. Zee’s service is outstanding and I appreciate how welcoming and efficient he is. I bought a vacuum there in 2005 and still get it serviced and repaired to keep it in great shape. I appreciate how reasonable it is to maintain my vacuum.

The guy that helped me seems like he's in a rush. I was wandering around his store looking for premotor filters for my Miele C3 Complete Excellence PowerLine Limited Edition vacuum cleaner.He was quick to get me to where he puts the Premotor Filters they were well priced compared to other stores. The ActiveAirClean 50 filters were a lot more expensive than from Miele directly.It's great to see small businesses still around.

My old vacuum died and I wanted a smaller replacement. Columbia Vac had many models to choose from with good prices. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. I highly recommend the store.

The owner was very patient and kind. He fixed my vacuum, instead of telling me to order for replacement. Nowadays, it's not easy to see physical shops that have warmth!

Needed a small length of weird sized vacuum hose for a repair and no problems. He understood my repair issue easily over the phone and he assured me he had what I needed. He was 100% correct. The service when I arrived was on point and the price was fair. I will certainly return as required. Could have gotten what I needed from Amazon but I prefer to spend local.

Zia gave me a reasonable quote over the phone so I went to his shop. He repaired the electrical cord, changed the belt, cleaned the head, and changed the original hose for a better one–all in 10 mins. I got much more than I expected and at a reasonable price! I would say Zia is caring, honest, professional, skilled and very efficient–and he has the kindest eyes! He helped save my old vacuum cleaner from the landfill! Thank you!

What a wonderful experience! I called in about my 25+ year old Kenmore vacuum. A part was coming loose as I tried to vaccum my rugs and I needed new filters and cleaning.He gave me a general quote but did say he needed to look it over to provide a firm quote.I brought it in and I was pleased with the quote of just under $180 that included the repair and part for it, full clean of the unit and brush heads and a couple of packs of the 2 different filters my unit uses.He said it would be ready in less than 2 days but we were going away so I picked it up 1 week later. He said I kept the unit in great shape, to keep it up and it would last me many more years.I swear, the vacuum is even more efficient now than it has been in the last 5 years. Worth every penny. So sorry I waited so long to take it in! I will definitely be going back and referring friends to this shop.Word to the wise on parking: because the the new bike lane out front, I parked next door in the small side parking lot next to IHOP.

Excellent service and a honest guy. Fixed my hose in less than a hour and extremely reasonably charges.
