Summer of 2021 I contacted Mr. Strahl. We live on the Coquihala/Fraser River junction in Hope and we could see all the debris in the river, no dredging had been done for a long time, and it was obvious there would be issues. The freshet is a concern every July for us. Mr. Strahl simply passed me over to another politician.....who never even responded. And now here we all are, in a disaster. It's hard to live in a system when you have very little faith in those who run it. Our great taxes at work!
