OK< so let me start by saying this was our parents home of 60 years...full of memories and sentimental value..in 2018 and 2022 they passed away. Patrizio my younger brother found Luke and he asked him to handle the transaction!! So my brother (who is Deaf) asked me to meet with Luke and this is where it starts....Luke was amazing, he was sensitive to our pain, our loss and super patient...the initial discussion was just vague and Luke understood that...he said whenever you are ready"....so months later I reached out again and asked if we could talk...it was very hard or us to let go....he seemed to understand that too...so again

Unfortunately, after meeting with Angela Snow, I will not be continuing services with this business. Angela was not only unprepared to show us properties, but she also showed us homes I was horrified to be walking through. She had no answers to any questions of the properties we were looking at and didn’t seem to be interested in finding out any either. The whole process seemed very off. Almost as if she was only sending me listing that were “inhabitable”. My price range was reasonable. But it seemed as if she wasn’t interested in helping us find a home that was “structurally sound” at all. I will be looking for another realtor for my home purchase.

Angela Snow was absolutely AMAZING to work with!! My husband and I lived in Barrie and Angela worked directly with our daughter in Sudbury to help us find the perfect home. She was so kind and patient, as our daughter messaged her many of times about different homes with questions and took her to see as many homes as it needed for us to find the perfect one. I did not know Luke before listing my house but after meeting with him I concluded he is knowledgeable and very honest. I was right as he was very honest and transparent during the negotiations and sale. Luke is a professional with over 20 years experience in Real Estate.
