East Side Self Storage

I was on the road and needed two lockers last minute and Sheena and her team at East Side jumped into action to help me, set up everything for me by phone and email in advance of my after-hours arrival, and didn't take advantage of me on the rate either. They were organized, professional, accommodating and helpful and the facility is well laid out, secure and clean too. There is literally nothing they could have done better. Flawless service.

Professional & friendly service with competitive prices on storage. Great communication to keep you updated on any changes. Excellent access with a personalized electronic security system. Lets you sleep easier knowing your property is safe. Used their service to store our camper for ten years with no issues ever. Five stars!

Amazing storage place. After reading and hearing a lot of horror stories of things that happen at other storage places in the city, I wanted to make sure our stuff would be kept safe. East Sides customer service is exceptional. When the excessive snow from winter was melting which is out of their control, our indoor temp controlled unit leaked water and East side was on top of it right away! They moved all our stuff and even put things on pallets so they wouldnt get damaged.Even though we no longer need our storage unit after moving into our house, if we ever need another unit, this will be our first and only choice for storage!

I have never personally rented a storage locker here, but a few of my family members have, and they had very good success. I.e. no rodents, no water damage, etc. It is handy that you can still access your locker even after hours, and the staff have always been very accommodating. They also appear to have a moving truck available here. I am not sure how it works, but that is another feature worth looking into. They seem to be building brand new building as well, not sure if it is for conditioned storage, or unconditioned, but if you are looking for a locker, pretty soon they should have a bunch more available.

If you are shopping for storage units, this location is a definite go to spot. They have a wide range of options in terms of storage space, and when you prefer to access your storage unit.I called around and found this location to be the best in terms of price and customer service. They do require a specific type of lock, which they were kind enough to text me a picture of the style in case I wanted to get one before I got there, versus buying it from them. (I bought one from them...$25... reasonable price for the type of lock!)The unit was clean and easily accessible. They provided some nice tips like, don't put cardboard boxes directly on the ground... maybe that's something that I should have known...but I didn't, so I appreciated the advice.The next time I'm in need of a storage unit, I'm not shopping around...this will be my go to location!

First time using storage service. Super friendly and helpful staff. Gate gave me grief and the management provided immediate after hours assistance. Very good experience.

I have had my stuff in storage with East Side since the spring of 2021. The people are great - so easy to work with! They return your calls promptly and are very personable. (I even got a bandaid from them when I sliced my finger one day, digging around in my storage unit!) The unit is clean, with no sign of rodents or bugs. I have already made arrangements with them to rent another unit next spring. Thanks for all your help, Sheena and Jared!

Great facility with friendly helpful staff. Fair pricing with large units. Our belongings were stored for 3 months in between homes and everything was safe and just where we left it. Highly recommend east side storage, you won’t be disappointed.
