Ongles Showcase

Went here for 15+ years they “used” to be very good unfortunately , I must say that the service has really gone downhill. The staff has all changed and they don’t do good nails or pedicures anymore, it’s very dirty.We recently in the new year 2023 had a pedicure , well the polish is already coming off after 3 weeks, that’s never happened before, I guess they are not using the quality products they used to, or the girls there now just don’t t know what their doing. Very dissatisfied with the service now and will never go back..

Will definitely return!! It was my first time at showcase nail salon. I am always apprehensive trying a new place as I am a perfectionist, especially when it comes to my nails lol I loved my experience, Cindy is simply amazing - another another client while I was there told me that she had tried every salon in the West Islands and that this one is the best. I think I believe her! I haven't tried them all, but I have tried quite a few and I can definitely tell you this will be the one I return to. I came with a particular design in mind and showed her the picture and she reproduced it exactly like it was, all the while with professionalism and a pleasant attitude. I love my nails :)

Hi I loved this place. However lately the service is sub par. They speak in their own language with clients present. I showed the nail tech a picture my nails were very poorly shaped even one nail going up into the sky. The prices seem.very high and over priced for the work. I got a refill and paid as much as a new set. Very disappointing. Very nice people however overpriced and results underwhelming

Excellent service, employees are very polite. Place is very clean and music is relaxing. Hannah always does a good job on my nails.

I had went with showcase nail this morning for 11am to get gel nails done with tips. I had told them what I expected of my nails. I hate that thick look. In the process the where drilling my natural nails to the point where the nail tech burned me on multiple fingers, where you not suppose to drill on natural nail btw, and I had asked them to use the buffer or a softer grid nail file instead and they told me that the felt won't stay if they don't. Then while applying the gel it was way to fast and unprofessional and that made more feel more impatient. But I still give the benefit of the doubt till I see the end results. While she was drilling more i was still getting burned because on how fast she was going with the drill. At the end I got a French with my gel set and it was absolutely dicustomg how she let me walk away. The gel application was very bumpy and not at all looking like a nailThere was a couple.of hair stuck in the gel and the French was not opaque enough I was still able to see through the white . There was bubbles in the set . The massage was literally 30 SECOND LONG for both hands together and I had left pating 80 $ i had gotten in my care and went back to complain to only have her telling me it's my fault for not saying anything which i did from the very beginning . I left this place at 2pm. After they had fox it up for me and even then she drilled so much at the point were in down to the fake nail and is now cracking on the side. I refuse to go back there.

I've been a customer at Showcase Nails for at least five years. The service is always excellent and the staff is very friendly.

Every time I get my nails done, they are so nice and attentive. OMG! I just love how they take care of me..The atmosphere is so pleasant and peaceful, the selection of nail polish is incredible and the place is just so clean, it really makes the experience of getting your nails done a very nice one. I would recommend this place in a heart beat and the prices are very comfortable, you are able to afford a nice treat for yourself.

I have been going to showcase nails for some time now and all I can say is that I always leave happy. I've been to many places and the service that I've received here is unmatched. Karen and the girls are always so kind and pay great attention to detail. It's very clean and I love the loyalty system they have in place. Would definitely recommend :)
