Medical Clinic at Walmart Abbotsford by Jack Nathan Health

Rude receptionist, rude doctor!!! Don't go there, super rude staff, so unprofessional. I was getting injected right in my wound and I said it hurts and the black doctor there is like you can go to hospital! Told me he will be back in 10 but I waited for an hour and stated to feel my finger again that he was gonna stitch so I left the receptionist was playing solitaire on the computer without any worries about the clients!!!!!

Waste of time. Wouldn't even let me come in and I only had one cold/flu" like symptom so I was forced to do an over the phone call which lead to a misdiagnosis which I wasn't surprised about considering the first thing the Dr said to me when I answered the phone call was oh so you want antibiotics? How on earth am i supposed to know what proper medicine i need for the problems im having? He didn't even ask what my symptoms or my problems were just sounded like he wanted to make it short and sweet. When urgent care heard this after I ended up in the hospital they were disgusted. So unprofessional. All drs have to be vaccinated now so why are they so afraid to see clients with "symptoms'. Absolutely appalling. Do not go here If you are actually looking for professional guidance."

Went there for un emergency and the doctor was busy with his phone so the says to me sorry we can't help you ... this is a human doctor

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, even though they were full for the day she offered me an appointment for the next day and also helped me to look for another clinic nearby that may be open. I accepted the appointment for the next day and when I showed up I was in and out. Very convenient and I would recommend this clinic to others.

Receptionist is incredibly rude. Communicates with a tone as if you are wasting their time and you have no idea what you're talking about. Doctors rush the appointments and are very unhelpful.

Receptionist told me that she can give me scissors to cut my own internal stitch that came exposed

Very rude doctor didn't seem to care. Cut me off as I was explaining to ask me what I wanted. Acted like he was annoyed. Why become a doctor if you don't care about people's medical issues?

They were really rude and unprofessional specially the receptionist. If you got self respect do not visit this place.

Website says open at 8:30. Show up at 8:30. Nobody there. Wait outside just in case. 8:45 receptionist shows up and says they are open at 9:00. Sign on door CLEARLY says open at 8:30. It’s 9:18 am and although we’ve moved into the waiting room, the doctor is NOT even here yet. I hope they practice medicine better than they practice reading a clock. WHAT A JOKE!!!
