Great old school Shotokan Karate training. I especially liked the kumite training, better than any other place I've been to. I trained at this Dojo for a few months a few years ago, but unfortunately I had to stop going due to scheduling conflicts. Now that my last child is out of the house I am kicking myself to start going again...
