Impossible to get a real person on the phone. Even the local phone number puts you into the central loop and all you get is machines talking to you. Extremely frustrating. Anyone looking for excellent customer service, try Meridian at the Zehr's plaza. Their customer service is outstanding. UPDATE: I went back today to get some of my money they have left (I pulled out most of my funds a few weeks ago) put into a GIC. They requested a SIN when I know for a fact they have that on file (based on the fact that they sent us T5's for the CRA) It seemed that they couldn't wait for me to pull out the rest of my funds to get rid of me. Business must be great that they really don't care. When I booked the appointment on line (they need almost a week's notice although there don't seem to be any customers in the branch) there was no request with the on line booking that they wanted me to bring the SIN. No wonder this branch has a 1.9 rating on google

Awful customer service. I went into the branch to make a deposit into my family members account, I had a void cheque with the information and was obviously not looking for a balance. I was told that they do not take 3rd part deposits and only the account holder can deposit. This is not the case where I personally bank. There is no privacy concerns when I have the name and account number in hand. Waste of my time, no one tried to assist or make it better. I see why people hate the banks and prefer the personalized service of the credit unions

It's 3:50pm on Friday and there is 1 teller + 4 customers waiting. The teller has spent over 5min with a simple money order purchase for a customer. Omg she's explaining it all over again + they didn't ask. Now there's 6 customers waiting lol. I'm in line15 min. This place is a joke

The teller, a lady served me in my last two visits, made me feel that I'm a criminal. I had my card but nobody could help me withdraw the cash by simply telling me no one is licensed today to withdraw from the investment account". Very poor service at this branch! A total waste of time."

Same terrible survive!Charged me in May on an annual agreement and again charged on January without telling me or any notice.I think staff do not have proper professional training.

I had a scheduled appointment and showed up. Apparently the person I was scheduled to see hasn't worked in some time. I had even received 2 email notifications reminding me of the appointment. My time is valuable and will not be wasted!! Do NOT bank here!

Our organization has had an account with this bank for many years. Through out the years we have had many problems with our account because they have no idea how to handle non for profits. I have two accounts that were completely set up wrong precisely because of this. It took a while and lots of patience from our end for us as an organization to become settled with them. But my patience has run out! As a charitable organization we have been trying for months to get help setting up monthly donors. This bank has completely dropped the ball. Not a simple person there seems to know how to help me with this. After several attempts, time spent going there, seeing different associates we still have nothing! I keep being sent to to different associates who keep leaving the bank. The last one never returned my call. It was only later when I went in person (to once again get help with this issue but with still no help to be had) that I was told this person left the bank, but no one reached out to me to let me know. That was the last straw! I am perplexed by the incompetency. I am going to switch banks.

Totally unhelpful staff. Non cooperative attitude. They will not allow us to use our own money from checking account by not increasing daily spending limits on our withdrawals or transfers. Didn't even allow us to meet The Manager. The only time we had good service was when we were bringing in our Mortgage. After that they don't care.

They never open on time, ever!The tellers are rude and do not want to help you at all with any issue you are having. Very rude and lazy.
