Very slow and didn't take the order that I want, said they don't have enough chicken drumsticks, it's a Tuesday and barely busy , had to wait 20 minutesThe staff was not even apologetic!!

very poor and rude customer service from the lady who takes order. i got blunt answers and she kept cutting off arrogantly. i left without ordering anything. sad since i love their zinger burger.

Use to be one of the worst KFC In st john's but now they are one of the best. Their chicken have improved massively no longer overly greasy and dry but is now crispy and moist and the gravy has that full peppery taste back again like they use to full of flavor . They taste like the old kfc again. Would recommend giving this location another chance in the avalonmall.

They were super rude super mean they gave me the wrong order and blamed it on me. I came to order another time they kicked me out of the line I Believe the reason why because I am a Muslim. and the lady was basically screaming. as well the cashier would not recommend if there was zero instead of one I would put a zero

Bad service at all..cashier was busy with his phone..called 2 times then came..the chicken was more salty nd not properly cooked.i told the lady who was in cash..did not listen even damn carewrost service

What a waste of money. A big disappointment from the food. Chicken was not even cooked properly and it was tasteless. Seriously KFC should look into this. What a waste of time and money.Please don’t visit KFC at Avalon mall.

We went there and after I paid for the food they told me it would be 30 minute wait. We waited which was our first mistake. When we got the food the fries were cold and the chicken was the smallest pieces I have ever seen , we went up and complained about the size and was basically told you get one big " and then small . Poor service and even worse food especially given the price."

Went to have my supper in the evening, I was so grossed out that i just left the queue and went to somewhere else. The cashier was handling cash from people and food without even washing hands or wearing gloves. The girl in the kitchen area was not even wearing gloves while touching food or filling fries. She so grossly poured gravy for someone that i was about to throw up. Would never go to this kfc again.

Regular customer and ordered 12 tenders got home only 10 small dried up tenders large fries were definitely reheated old fries mostly burned come on guys we always come for tender you know me!!!!
