His knowledge of his market is key to his success. 5 years ago I bought a condo the first day I met him and I have seen impressive gains on that property to this day. It is a designated historical property, 14th floor corner unit, approx. 1,000sq ft. overlooking the escarpment and the historical district of Hamilton. The right condo in the heart of downtown Hamilton, Excellent walk score, and never a problem in attracting tenants.Joe has recently submitted an excellent detailed market analysis on my unit just last week. comprehensive and informative. Joe has helped us buy a home in the past, but this was the first time that he helped us sell a home as well, and considering the way that the market turned over the past couple months, he did a great job at helping us throughout the entire process.He kept us calm when our house didn't sell within the first week of being listed and reassured us that if just waited firmly at what we collectively thought our house was worth, that an offer would eventually come in and we would sell. Sure enough, Joe was right and we managed to sell our home a couple weeks later, allowing us to finance our new home that we had bought before we listed.All in all, Joe was a great help in these uncertain times and we are very grateful to have had him as our realtor (and also for the artwork that Joe removed from his own home to help us stage ours). Joe and Betty were great helping my brother and I sell our mother's house.
