Alamo Rent A Car
I rented a car with Alamo from Saturday to Weds for $177.00. I needed to extend my reservation for 2 days and they charged me $274.00 additional!!!! Insane!!! I was 2 and a half hours away from the airport and in the process of packing up my house to move and could not spend 5 + hours to return the car which was their only option for me to get a better daily rate! This makes absolutely no sense at all! What a racket! Never again Alamo!

Die Übernahme ist im Bahnhofsgebäude am Hafen und funktionierte tadellos allerdings war durch die Kreuzfahrtschiffe viel los und so dauerte das Anstehen in der Schlange satte 1,5 Stunden. Wenn man die Buchungsdaten kennt, sollte auch das Personal aufgestockt werden. Die Rückgabe ist auch nach Schließung der Agentur möglich. Dafür ist vor dem Gebäude am Parkplatz eine art Briefkasten für die Schlüssel installiert.

Wollte meine erfahrungen mit Herrn Hans Pettersen teilen, war außert zuvorkommend hat mich nicht vollgetextet mit zusatzversicherungen.Wir sind vom Kreuzschiff runter haben Online ein PKW für einen Tag reserviert, ging ruckzuck waren alleine im Büro als kunden. Rückgabe war des PKW ohne Probleme hatten einen schönen Tag in Canada. Vielen Dank Herr Pettersen für die gute Arbeit

I had rented a car from the Alamo Moncton Airport location. Upon arriving in Halifax the media display stopped working. I called the closest Alamo to me and Greg McCulley, branch manager, was able to accommodate by switching another vehicle for me the next day. Greg was very professional at explaining everything in detail and also upgraded the vehicle at no extra charge. He provided great customer service. I would highly recommend renting a vehicle at this location.
