Very rude staff. Wasn't provided mailbox key after opening multiple tickets with Canada Post customer service. If I was management, I would be curious what work is actually being done by the employees at this location.

I've experienced many missorts from this location. Whether mail belongs to residential or business addresses. Even flexdelivery mail is sent to the wrong long location. Perhaps it's a management issue or a staffing issue, but the carriers aren't always paying attention to the sorting and delivery of mail.

The staff are very nice.I use the service there because our apartment mail boxes were damaged. So we have to collect our mail in this office.The office is open from 10:00 to 14:00 , Monday to Friday (except holiday). It is recommened to start early or close late on one or two days of a week.
