Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. Incompetent employees at the front desk unable to tell the truth always giving you the run around. Always looking at the computer or on the phone when trying to talk to them. Very very disappointed with this KIA dealership. Go to another Kia dealer to get your stuff done. These guys are useless and will waste your time and money.

Brand new 2023 sportage, both shocks blew out. Covered under warranty but no time frame on when the parts will come in. No other compensation or solution offered. Kevin French talked over me, was very cocky, wry non understanding and an all around horrible person to deal with. I left and am still with no solution. Brand new few months old car and they told me to just wait as long as it takes doesn’t matter how long. Was also accused of trying to extort Kevin when I said kia should be making a few of my payments till it’s fixed. He laughed and said if that was the case kia would be out of business in a week. Wow that’s a lot of complaints!!!

I had worked with Chris in the past and was sad to hear he had kived on from kia, but i worked with Tim and Kathleen to trade in my 2017 kia soul, they were amazing! Super helpful, not pushy, and made sure I was well taken care of. Had a few little bumps, but they both stepped up to ensure everything went smooth and I got my new vehicle. I would highly recommend Kia for a great vehicle purchase experience!!

Vehicle was supposed to go in for routine service (should not take longer than a day). Vehicle was not worked on during appointment time as they couldn't figure out how to start the car and no one bothered to call to let me know, I had to call the next day to find out. It has since been a week and they still can't fix the vehicle they broke and have no update on timeline. Go somewhere else for a car.

My vehicle broke down and examined by another dealership in town. They confirmed it was a known issue and may be related to a recall, so I was directed to Performance Kia. This was so they could diagnose whether the vehicle was eligible for said recall. I recieved one call the next day for them to tell me what the previous dealership had told me and if I would clear them to do work and order parts. I told them I was aware of the issue and were they not supposed to be running tests to see if it was eligible for the recall. I was told I would get a call later that day. It has now been 3 weeks without my vehicle. I have gone twice in person seeking ANY information, both times I was told I would be followed up with later that day or the next day. I have yet to be contacted. This has not only been frustrating, but grossly inconvenient as I am dependant on my vehicle for work. A month of zero information is inexcusable.

My Kia ran just out of warranty and broke down. Had it towed to Kia and almost 3 weeks later they still have it. Took them 1 week to put it on the scanner and order the part. Been over a week and still no part. Each day they tell me “tomorrow” . I paid hundreds for a rental car as they have no loaners and I still have no idea when I’m getting the car. Then they told me part is on b/o until I called other Alia dealers who assured me that part is not on back order. Wishing there was another local dealership I could deal with. Super frustrated. Plus I got hung up on today by Bob who told me part may be here Tues or Wed, lovely…

I had an appointment for my 2022 Kia Forte to be booked in just after 8am for a simple oil change. I am from out of town so I specifically asked them what time my car would be finished. They gave me an approximate of “late morning” and they asked for my phone number so they can text AND call me when it would be done. After not hearing from them by 1:45, I contacted them myself and they told me it would not be ready until end of day. After not hearing from them again, I called them at 5:30 for them to tell me the car is done, but they are closed. I asked if I can still come in, to which seemed like an inconvenience to them but they told me to come ASAP. I went in and the worker was unprepared, had not completed my invoice or any other information he needed. I also asked questions regarding my warranty and other issues I had, which I do not believe they even checked and was mansplained to about everything else. I ended up leaving the dealership by 6 and had to extend my trip out of town because of them being disorganized. Overall a bad experience.
