Set time/date to pick up moulding (needed to be cut to certain length). Upon arrival, moulding not cut. Valuable time wasted waiting for material to be cut which should have been cut prior to agreed upon pickup time.

They are so creative in designing their staircases and the quality of their products are excellent. These people know what they are doing.
