Sold me a vortex venom red dot i paid 30 less than retail. It looked fine in the picture and they only put photos from one angle. When i received it. It was completely worn and beat on one side from slide racking using the optic. I don't know how they pulled off selling something like that and hiding the amount of cosmetic damaged seemed like they edited the picture. It was probably a friend of the auction that put that up for sale. If i knew it was that damaged i would of paid the extra 30 for a new one. Now i have to send it in to vortex and beg them to fix it because it does not hold zero

Me and my father ran into some issues with a firearm we purchased at no fault of the company but instead manufacturing defects. They had excellent customer service and fixed the issue for us

I've purchased several items from them and everything was always exactly as described.They are friendly and helpful.I have no concerns about purchasing from their auction.

If you want to pay an unreal amount for shipping buy from them!!! It only cost me just over $50 to ship an empty backpack yes you read that right. The shipping was more than the item was worth. Disgusted with this company

Helpful staff. polite and answer questions quickly, platform is easy to understand. My only complaint is that I was shipped live and inert ammunition in the same container. This is dangerous. Please separate the two before shipping in case someone inexperienced doesn't necessarily realize what they're holding.

I have bid at the last three firearms auctions with a problem at all three. The first auction I drove almost 5 hours to pick up my purchases only to receive a call about a month later to let me know they had found a purchase they didn’t give me. The second problem was with shipping this company shipped live ammo with a peep sight in a plastic bag. Third after several weeks I received a call that they had lost one of my purchases, they did refund my costs but I cannot understand how a company that has been in business for as long as they have can have such a poor grasp on running a business. They certainly have lost my business. Under no circumstance would I recommend this auction company.

High buyers premiums (15% compared to 5% at Kidd Family Auctions) and expensive shipping. Took 3 weeks to ship out the item that was won.

I have purchased off the i-collector site for landsborough auctions 4 times, I've only had one real issue, and it was followed up with me within 24 hrs. Dave the owner is a stand up guy and made good on his word, They took care of the issue in a timely manner and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. I would recommend dealing with triggers and bows and landsborough auctions to anyone.
