Really happy we went with Wight Tree Service for our tree removal and pruning. We were concerned because of the size of our tree but they were very professional and made us feel at ease. The work went off without a hitch and I can't recommend them enough.

I recently used Wight Tree Service to remove 3 trees. Kevin was very helpful and courteous. The team arrived on time, professional, cleaned up properly and did a great job. I had a very tight timeline and Kevin managed to scheduled me in to accommodate. I would definitely use their service again.

I was strongly recommended Wight tree service in spring of 2021 when I needed extensive tree grooming. There was a substantial amount of grooming needed so a fair price was quoted for the work of 2500$. Unfortunately, a part of the work required work on a neighbour's tree that was overgrown on-top of my house. The crew was reluctant to take too much of the much overgrown tree and it was just pruned back without taking one of the major limbs growing into my property. Furthermore, on the day of the job the chipper was broken so the crew arrived 4 hours late.For the tardiness, inconvenience and inability to prune the neighbour's tree further, it was promised to me from Bonnie and some of the old crew that I would receive a good price for the service the following 2022 season.Come 2022, the entire crew has apparently turned over. There is a man named Richard who came to do the initial quote, heard my story about the year prior, gave me a quote of 1017$ to remove the single tree limb.I left a message indicating that 1017$ seemed expensive for a single tree limb that ideally should have been removed previously.I do not know John's role, but he called me back asking questions about what happened last year and finding all kinds of reasons to say that no discount is warranted because the job quoted was the job completed, despite my dissatisfaction. He pulled up pictures from the year prior as evidence, but I persisted to say that more conversations occured beyond what was documented in an initial quote.He then asked me point blank: What do you expect? Do you want it done for free?"He clearly had lost his patience with the situation.He did offer an additional 200$ discount at the end

The owner at Wight Tree Service is honest, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, has integrity, is hardworking and is dedicated. The crew members are respectful, hardworking, safe and professional. They have integrity and they care for the customer, their property and their trees. This business name Wight is a confusing as we intended to contract Wright Tree Service, also of Sutton, who has an excellent reputation and are known for their knowledgeable work- we have used Wright for our trees for 20 years. Robert who quoted was knowledgeable, yet the crew they sent were not as advertised. We are concerned for the health of our 100 year old apple tree. I broke my arm while overseeing the work. We will ensure we confirm we use wright not wight.

I used Wight Tree Services to Remove 3 Pine Trees from my backyard, stump grind them all and also trim my Maple Tree. I could not be happier with the Service I received for all of the work they did. Everyone I dealt with was Friendly, Professional and Great at what they do. I would recommend Wight Tree Services to anyone for any of their Tree needs.

Wight Tree Service was the first contractor we felt good with, actively coming out to assess the work needed and patiently answering all our questions. When it came to the work they were very professional and efficient, with the tree and stump removed cleanly in only a couple of hours.

A few of our mature emerald cedars (20ft tall) had their stems bent by the heavy snow this past winter. Wight Tree Service was quick, efficient, friendly, and professional from the initial assessment by an arborist to the crew that performed the strapping on the cedars, making them look like nothing happened".I expect to leverage Wight Tree Service team for any tree management I might need in the future."
