Jake Goldfarb is an extremely unprofessional agent - made a deal with him regarding an assignment sale.He does not have the experience or the knowledge to complete the transaction and had me waiting for days. Zero communication - not to mention his attitude was rude and condescending!If this is the service you get from Forest Hill Real Estate - I'd recommend you to stay away. Find a professional brokerage with experienced agents - there are many out there!

So Rebecca who is the owner decided to sell me a computer and some other things instead of just the normal real estate work that she does. Very poor quality of business she made me drive 45 minutes out of my way for her not to respond to me or text back or even answer a call. She then ended up being ignorant going behind my back and selling it to someone else after a 100% from herself mind you this was all within a hour of a 100% from her. Even though it may have not been her industry of service it was still business and the fact that She couldn’t keep her word after saying she would shows how well Shen handles business.Good luck to the rest of you but she doesn’t seem very business savvy I wouldn’t recommend her business at all Clearly she doesn’t know how to handle it.
