Boundary Trails Dental Centre
I am very grateful that our little community has a practice where oral surgery can be done. I was very fearful of the procedure that had to be done in a tooth extraction. Randall and every staff person I encountered were exceptional and provided comfort that went beyond their fields of expertise, but also their courtesy and the care given by them personally was and is appreciated.

Well they don’t let you know how much your bill is going to be until they’re done. I didn’t realize I was going to have to pay half of my net worth for one tooth and a cleaning. I get it dentists are expensive, but a heads up would have been nice, and they didn’t even get the cleaning done, had to take another day off work. Yeah not a good experience there at all, definitely don’t recommend.

I needed an emergency appointment for my son days before Christmas and they had no problem squeezing him in 8am the next day!! Plus super friendly and amazing with my 6 year old! Highly recommend! We will be back

I've avoided dentist for 15 years because of a bad experience. Finally at age 30 I went to boundary, and I've had Wisdom teeth removed, root canals, and every time, and wonderful experience. Amazing communication, they ensure that you are frozen BEFORE starting the work, and even then asking all the time to make sure you're comfortable. I've had nothing but pleasant and painless experiences that have left me with a new found respect for dentist especially those at boundary trails dental. Thank you boundary for making me excited to smile again!

Hygienist are really nice, and nice atmosphere. The first time I went in I had a very sensitive tooth and the dentist was just going to ‘watch’ it. I told him it was really, really sensitive so he decided to do a filling which I got today (not even a month later) along with what I was told was going to be 1 other one and they ended up doing 2 others, and he told me it was so bad i might need a root canal or get it pulled if this procedure didn’t work. If it’s that bad why wasn’t he gonna do something from the beginning!?! Just seems untrustworthy.

Was a great place to go! The front staff were very helpfull and friendly, and the dentist/assistant were very professional - with mixing lots of fun in to keep it bright. Will recommend and be a regular there.

unfriendly and no patience for children. i had to be more patient with papers than what they have with patients . instead of trying to persuade the children just try force and then give up. how do you think a child reacts when it is already afraid and then the doctor comes in with anger and violence? i will talk about everyone from going here with children and i will never come back here either. everyone knows how painful a tooth can be, then at least you don't want to leave the dentist hopeless and discouraged

Worst place ever, to start with they gave me a quote $3200 a year later after multiple appointments everything was done they did another inspection and gave me another quote for $5000, there quality is garbage I've never had such wierd looking teeth and pieces just falling out after appointments, I confronted them about a tooth that looked like the rocky mountians themeselves only to be told it was my fault for being a horrible customer, I got a second opinion of there last quote and was told by another dentist that he's seen alot of unreasonable quotes coming from boundry, long story short dont go to boundry. The only good dentist that worked at boundry moved to alberta because he was actually good.
