I walked in and instantly the service was first rate.They asked me if I’ve had used their digital measurement system and within 5 minutes I had my exact shoe size, and how I put pressure as I walked shown to me.They picked the exact shoe size and a recommended insert.I’m a chef and I ALWAYS have to take a break in period where I can’t wear new shoes for a full shift because they hurt my feet.I have been wearing these shoes for 12 hour days for 6 days straight and they feel great.

As a lawn maintenance company we live and die by the quality of our footwear. Red wing delivers this so well it’s made it’s way into my casual wear. Being greeted by the owner operator of a company is something all customers appreciate so you know there’s no BS. I won’t NEED to buy more boots from them but anytime I want new ones this is the only place I’ll be going and recommending.

I came in to get some boots and couldn’t quite find the right fit at first but the owner at the store took the time to work with me to try a few different pairs and widths until we narrowed down the right work boot for me. Overall amazing customer service and will definitely be coming back to buy some of the heritage line as well!

Went in today looking for boots, and was met with amazing service from all three people working. Stock is still coming in and we'll be going back in a couple weeks to get the specific boots that we are interested in. Overall, great store, quality products and a really neat 3D sizing machine to find what boot size will fit you. Thank you for the friendly service Daniel & Cliff!
