Was driving across the province and had a cruise control issue and they served me right away without any appointment - calibrated the computer and had me back on the road quickly! Very impressed!!

The only one we have ever gotten any satisfaction out of at Hickman motors in Gander is Maurice Goodyear. Props to him for always addressing our issues and always serving us with a smile, not to mention making buying our vehicle a breeze. As for the service department we will be taking a break from going there and we'll get our service and maintenance done elsewear. In the last 9 months of having our vehicle we have had one good service with decent timing. Other than that we have had nothing but issues. We have already pulled a car from there and brought it to a local garage because hickmen motors can not find out what's wrong with it. Also we have had to bring another truck (2 years old) there for the same problem to many times in the last 2-3 months.. hopefully this time the issue with that truck is resolved and we can actually drive across the island without breaking down.

Stopped here on our vacation with a problem with our rig. They got right on it ... fixed the problem ... didn't suggest extra unnecessary repairs ... friendly and we were on our way the same day. Great!

Great Staff in the service department, very Friendly. I doubted them and they were 100% right. My apologies and both service advisors are phenomenal. will be buying our next two cars there.

I had an emergency with my GMC Terrain, lost all antifreeze, and not living in Gander, I needed to know why and have it repaired! It was Nov 16, very close to closing time and the Service Advisor, HALEY WARREN, made it possible to have it checked and repaired! By doing so, I avoided having to pay a $155.00 cab to home!Hayley, you could have turned me away but you didn’t! Just made my first big purchase at Hickman Motors, Gander - my very first and very own brand new car! The service I received at this dealership was terrific from the first minute I walked in to be greeted at the front desk. The time was taken to introduce me to many members of the dealership, all of whom offered warm welcomes and the assurance they are there to help.As a first time buyer this entire process was completely unfamiliar to me. The staff here - especially my sales consultant, Mr. Maurice Goodyear - showed me so much patience and answered every question I could think up. We bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado with 38 thousand kms on it at the end of December 2020, motor was running rough asked about it and was told that it’s normal because it was a basic truck and it doesn’t have a lot of sencers, now with only 50 thousand kms on it the motor is gone, push rods is bent, camshaft is damaged , can’t get the gaskets or enough push rods to fix it… nothing but a lemon…… we always had a Chevy / GMC but never again…..

We just bought a new truck from Hickman Motors Gander I think we were treated very fairly the salesman that we dealt with got us the best deal that he could, he presented the new vehicle to us and explained all the features and because there is so much to take in he told us if there was something that we didn't understand we could call or drop by and he would help us figure it out. I would recommend Hickman Motors to anyone looking for a vehicle.
