I had an extremely disappointing experience at this particular store, and what's worse, it happened not once, but twice, with the same employee. This tall, fat guy was incredibly unhelpful and rude. Despite it being closing time, he raised his voice and hurried us out. The delay was caused by their mistake of giving us dirty sunglasses, and they showed no willingness to resolve the issue. This is not the first time I've encountered such behaviour from this employee, and it's completely unacceptable.Overall, I strongly advise against visiting this store when this guy is on his shift. The customer service is abysmal, and the recurring negative experiences make it a place to avoid.

As a first-time watch buyer, I had a hard time deciding which timepiece to keep.I arrived the Fossil store just before closing time, I was worried that I might be inconveniencing the staff. Surprisingly, they warmly welcomed me and assisted me in finding the perfect watch. When I had question or needed guidance, the staff members provided insightful recommendations and detailed information about the batteries of every watch, even showing me how to change the straps.If you're looking for a remarkable watch shopping experience, I highly recommend visiting Fossil.

I visited the Fossil Store in the Eaton Centre, Toronto today. I found what I was looking for (a Buckner Backpack) and also picked up a watch ring - I LOVE IT! The products are amazing but the 5 stars really belong to the 2 employees working ..... Pranav and Ryan. They made my experience great! They were professional and helpful, with a perfect balance of genuine friendliness. It was such a pleasurable shopping experience because of them!

Came in for a battery change today, but the store was quite busy so Ryan explained there would be a couple hours wait. It worked out well since I had a lunch reservation with a friend nearby.When I picked up the watch, Ryan mentioned that I should pick up an extra strap since they are on promo. I ended up getting two and also other jewelry items. Never thought to change up the look of my watch -- Ryan definitely sold me on it!Always loved Fossil and I love shopping in this location! Definitely coming back here!

The experience was 1st class, I walked in with 2 fossil watches I purchased online and Tim the customer service agent was very friendly and courteous. I got both of my watches adjusted to fit my wrist and the time updated along with the chronograph part set...great experience...and the engraving was top notch

The worst brand ever in terms of smart watches. Do not just read positive reviews of new purchase, please read review of buyer experience post purchase as well. Bought a hybrid smart watch for my wife and it suddenly stopped working within 7 months (within warranty). When we reached out to its customer care to either get it fixed or replaced, their reply was sorry we cant fix it under warranty. Basically a rarely wore smart watch without any damage not even a minor scratch, leather strap still like new without any crevices, and they say we cant fix it under warranty and it will be charged. So for any future buyers of Fossil smartwatch, DO NOT buy, I repeat DO NOT BUY, its money down the drain. You are better of buying smartwatch from other brand but Fossil. Its money down the drain and their customer rep as well as store rep are equally bad.

Rude Ryan did not want to change batteries for two different people of the same group. He sais when people come together they need to drop off and come after 2 hours.We are 3 different people with 2 watches but he refused to change batteries.WWARNING: everytime a problem to change batteries at FOSSIL.Not a problem at Swatch, they changed it for me on the spot.

I visited this store yesterday and was appalled by the level of service the store representative I got here. I don’t know his name but he was an Asian with piercings. He was downright disrespectful, condescending and kept talking down to me as though I were stupid. I am new to this country and dint want to make a scene so I left quietly. I generally love fossil’s jewellery line, but this store has lost my business forever. If a store representative can’t muster up basic decency when in conversation with a customer he/she has no business being employed in a customer facing role.

I bought a $250+ tax fossil leather bag and used for a year(only spring and fall). The handle split from the side and some fabric came out between the leather. They don’t have a repair service… it’s not worth at all to spend close to $300 just for a few months. Never buy anything from this store.
