Una mesa para dos, por favor !Upon arrival the bouncer was talking to some other guests but acknowledged our presence right away. He assured us that the host would be available to seat us shortly. The host gave us a friendly greeting and walked us to our table. We were amazed by all the artwork and dark aesthetic. It was a very busy place but the pace was efficient and effective. Our waitress had perfect timing, made an alternative recommendation when my preferred beverage was unavailable and was professional and cordial. We ordered the taquitos and they were perfection. Overall a great experience and the staff all seem to work together in a pleasant and genuine way . Bravo to management / recruiters here for sure . We can’t wait to come back . Thank you!

Best red sangria I’ve ever had anywhere in my life! The steak fajitas were unreal also!Ask to sit downstairs in the cellar if you want a more relaxed dinner atmosphere as upstairs becomes a nightclub vibe after 9 on the weekends.The music itself though is amazing ! Love the dj there and his set list.

Loved the food it’s awesome taste had spicy mango wings, Margarita and draught beer The Wolf.Only thing is disappointed me is that when we have ordered wings first time they have served celery sticks with it but again when we repeated the wings order and at that time there were no celery and instead they have garninsh with green chopped onion.

Nice place, great service from our server K. Tacos were good size and tasty. Tortillas didn't fall apart or break whole eating the tacos. Drinks were great but the shot of Tequila seemed to be under pored in an oversized shot glass, not uncommon at bars. Would be nice if the umbrellas were set up on the patio on a scorching evening. Definitely going back.

Saying this restaurant was life-changing might sound hyperbolic, but it is so true. The food was absolutely exquisite. Truly perfect. The staff was outstanding. Kind, attentive, helpful. The atmosphere was wonderful. Only sticky part is the parking situation outside the restaurant. If you want an experience, this is the place to come!

Nice place! Got a real Mexican bandoleros vibe. Interior is decorated day of the dead style. Pretty upbeat atmosphere and music selection. Food is decent. Slightly overpriced and not really that many options but it's definitely an experience and I always enjoy going there.

Food was Great, with decent prices. Drinks were amazing, yet quite overpriced.Best Tacos Ive ever had.Ambiance…Speaker pumping out stuff with the treble at +15 directly over our table left must to be desired.And our waitress looked like she hated life.Still a decent place though.

El Cortez was soooo freaking good.Service was amazing. Atmosphere needs work. Music is too loud, tables are gross and sticky and we found glass shards on the table too mid meal...Very hazardous.However, the food might just be worth it. Their fish tacos and grilled shrimp tacos were mouth watering.Best fish tacos I've had in the city so far. Omg a MUST TRY is their mango wings. I promise, you will not regret it. I dream about those wings daily.And to top it off the churros were fantastic. I've had better, but on the rating system of 5 stars I'd give it a 3.5.Drinks were pleasing to the eye. If you're getting a margarita just know they are slightly sour. But delicious non the less.

Food and drinks are great! Employee’s are great too. Took one star off because washroom is filthy.
