My advice is don't go on time!! You waste at least an hour and half just by sitting there and do nothing! If you have another choice, don't pick this one. They don't care your time!

We have had two family members utilize the services at this exceptional clinic. My son who needed an urgent colonoscopy, got a date within a week when the hospital was going to take several. They were very professional, friendly and caring. Even the preparation process that they had him do was a significantly better one than what the hospital had me do. The clinic was clean, bright and pleasant. The employees and staff very professional and polite.Myself, I had a hair transplant treatment. They were exceptional in their treatment of me. It was a very long day, but they kept me comfortable and looked after. The owner of the clinic even checked in several times!I would highly recommend this clinic if they have a service you require! Those that gave this clinic One Star, really need to spend time in other doctor's offices and clinics. A 60-90 minute wait in a hospital or doctor's office for a procedure would be extremely FAST! Clinics and hospitals can't judge exactly how long it will take to perform each procedure.

Most unprofessional organization I have yet to come across. Landlord finally locked them out for not paying rent. My father had to wait months for another appointment after they screwed up the first one. Would leave less than one star if able to, not that it matters anymore. Good riddance!

I had an appointment there yesterday January 16th. My appointment was for 11:30pm, which I arrived at 11am. They advise you to fast for 12 hours before the procedure. Not even a sip of water is allowed... however, I didn't not get to see the nurse until 12:45pm.Appointments should be given for the exact time they were scheduled upon. My procedure didn't start until 1pm. Keep in mind all that time you cannot eat nor drink. I advised the nurse I have an allergy to latex. After inserting my IV (which BTW was done successful) tried to put sugercial tape to keep the IV in place. I had advised I was allergic to surgical tape. She removed it and used another kind of tape.I was also advised by the greeting nurse , they would give me a numbing spray for my throat. When I asked the doctor about the spray he blatantly ignored me... . They did not give me enough of the sedative. I woke up about half way through the procedure gagging and panicking! When I woke up my right hand was swollen and bruised. The nurse claims the IV needle went right through my vein, per why my right hand was swollen and bruised. I noticed they had to put another IV into my left hand, with the same surgical tape I had advised I was allergic to! I was highly upset and the whole experience was terrible.

I had to wait, that is true, and I got to appreciate how hard Lilette, the receptionist had to work, not a single break, answering one call after the other, asking the right questions, keeping an even tone, answering people at her counter. Those who complain about the delay, I do not see them complain if their procedure takes longer than expected, and it does happen, nobody kicked them out and said sorry, your time is up.All I can say is that Dr. Federico Pampaloni, and Dr. Bahram Shahi were the nicest and unassuming nice people you can expect, they put me at ease, and calmed my fear (it was my first time). I cannot say much more than that, as I slept through the whole procedure, and did not have any ill after effects, I woke up feeling good. But no review would be fair or complete if I did not mention the nurses, especially the nurse with the blond hair, she is the kindest and gentlest person you can imagine! She is an angel in human form! The last thing I remember after the prick of the IV is her calming voice asking me to relax, just before I went to sleep. God bless you nurse!Thank you, all of you for your wonderful job, never mind those who complain about punctuality. If I have to go through this procedure again I will definitely be in your clinic.Thank you from the bottom of my heart

What is the point of booking an appointment when you have to wait forever. Appointment at 9:30 and was told to come at 9. Didn't get called in till 10:40. And I am still waiting now at 11:15.. Wasted half of my day already

I was not a patient, but the driver/escort of a patient going for a routine colonoscopy. Thank goodness I took the whole day off work, and not just the morning. EVERYONE on here is accurate about the wait. For us it seemed even more unprofessional because the doctor actually strolled through the lobby with coffees and take out breakfast food an hour after our scheduled time, chit chatting happily as he came in. Of course we didn't know that was the doctor until meeting him later.Prior to the procedure they had the patient pull his pants to his ankles - he was not given a gown. When he woke up from the procedure, his pants were on and he felt as if he had been dropped. He was sore from this dropping (?) for several days.Something going on here, just isn't right. My personal experience at the run-down hospital was much better than this. I'll take service over a nice facility... but why can't we have both?
