My wife and I wanted to put a new bathroom into the basement. We got a few quotes but none of them felt right. I came across Mastic online and gave them a call. Ben came over that same day and pur together a quote. Having grown up around tradespeople I knew right away Ben and his team would do a great job. Chad and Sebastian were the two main guys that worked on our job. I cant say enough about how courteous, professional and repsonsive they both were. If I ran a business these are the two guys I would want representing me. They were also very clean. They always laid down drop clothes and tidied up after themselves. The only guys that were messy were the subcontracted plumbers. Even then, Chad cleaned up after them. We have a kitchen reno to do in the future and will definitely think of using them for it. Definitely recommend.

Did an extremely poor job on the renovations of my parents kitchen and held absolutely no accountability for their poor performance. Ridiculously unprofessional.

We are really happy with our closet reno and mudroom addition. Ben was pleasant to deal with and Dylan did a great job! Everything was on time and good quality.

Do not use this company. I know more than one customer that is suing this contractor for poor work and failure to complete projects once paid for services. Workmanship is shoddy and there is no accountability for unfinished projects.

Over the years Majestic has pretty much renovated every inch of our home, with integrity, quality workmanship, attention to detail and perfectionism! Majestic was great at coordinating with other service providers (electricians, plumbers, wall paper/ painters) to get the job done well and on time! Always highly professional, ethical, knowledgeable and clean – the job site was cleaned daily and Majestic ensured other service providers did the same! Great/ nice people to work with. Ben has done a few jobs for my family and me. He did an excellent job and we definitely recommend hiring him and this company. In the past he has placed our kitchen backsplash tiles and made our wooden kitchen countertops. He is great if you want any custom wooden pieces. He has also placed our bathroom wall and floor tiles, painted the walls and did the window trim. He also did aluminum trim on our exterior basement windows and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Definitely a hard worker with great attention to details.

Ben Trela and Majestic provided us with a quality deck that was built on schedule and cost exactly as estimated. Yheir worker communicated well and gave us daily updates as the job progressed. We would happily use Majestic again and rate them 5 out of 5!
