Very disorganized ,they book way too many ppl in for appointments ,never enough seats and then expect to be waiting two to five hours past your appointment time !

Never enough parking or seating. Never had appointment that happened on time. Today's 2:45pm is still going at 5:45. ACK PFTT!!!

Dr. Waind quickly diagnosed a serious eye issue and I was in hospital within hours. He has been my doctor for many years and so sorry to see he is retiring. Wish him all the best in the next chapter of his life.

People here are pretty nice and friendly, and they are patient to explain everything for me. Just make sure to bring a pair of indoor shoes and the clinic is scent free

I wish it was possible to give him less than one star.A year after I stopped seeing Waind, I am still dealing with his incompetence. He used outdated treatment methods that did nothing to help me and have now left me on temporary bed rest with possible necessary surgery to save my vision.After SEVEN treatments from Waind with no real results, I asked for a second opinion and he threw a hissy fit like a child. I received a referral from him but chose to go with someone recommended by one of my other doctors. After just one treatment in each eye, I have had no further issues with the original condition. However, I am now having to deal with the scar tissue left behind by Waind's outdated methods. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Even if he was able to help you, you'll probably be verbally abused by his secretary.

This place is fascist towards immigrants. They refused to talk to my elderly mom on pretext of not understanding her, and refused to give me any information on her condition on pretext of not releasing confidential info. The receptionist is rude and arrogant. :(

My half blind husband didn't even make it past the receptionist to see the doctor. He was early because that was the only time I could drop him off and the receptionist said if it wasn't raining I would make you wait outside." She was extremely rude and confrontational and treated my husband so poorly."

Have been trying to call for weeks with no answer. Receptionist is very rude.
