Really Terrible. Went there with my wife and 4 friends on a Monday. The bartender was also the only waitress working that night and it looked like there was only one person in the kitchen who would come out every so often to talk on his phone and then went back in. It took about 30 minutes to get drinks served while the food took over an hour. After waiting that long, the food that came out was simply unacceptable. One of us ordered the Kiwi Burger which is supposed to have Bacon Jam guacamole, and smoked cheddar - it had none of these ingredients on it and the burger itself was completely black and overcooked. Another order at our table was the Chicken and Waffles which is supposed to come with sausage gravy that provides most of the flavor in this dish ... there was none because they were all out and did not tell us this when we ordered. We had 2 orders of wings at the table as well, while they seemed cooked ok, there was almost no sauce on them making them flavorless and kind of disgusting to eat.When we spoke to the waitress to let her know that we weren't going to pay for the food and were leaving, she told us that kitchen was almost completely out of food that evening and she didn't blame us. While the state of the kitchen was not the waitress' fault, she could have let us know before we sat down that they would have problems with the food that evening so we could have saved our time and hers and just gone somewhere else.It's too bad as this used to be one of our favorite restaurants in town, but after this experience, there is no way I would risk going back.

Vegetarians beware :Okay atmosphere and it's nice they feature live music.. food is okay, but I recently ordered a veggie burger that was served with a bit of bacon on it and a random bread tie hiding between the patty and the bottom bun. Showed the waitress and she did a good job making up for it, but seriously? You put a lot of trust into kitchen workers and that is not okay.

They had NO wine at all on Friday evening to go with our dinner!!!! They had plenty of beer but 0 wine. Cook and server were pleasant. French fries were great! Stir fry vermicelli was clumpy. Many globs were stuck together. Restaurants with these prices should know not to serve any pasta this way.

Went here with my wife on a Saturday night. I recall reading very positive reviews a while back and always wanted to try it.The menu was nice and some of the good sounded unique and very good.However they didn't have the first 2 things we wanted and they ended up making a sauce up that was terrible for the Thai fry. The tilapia was flavorless. The Waitress gave us 25% off without us asking. She was very nice and apologized saying the owner doesn't care anymore as a new owner will be taking over in March. Hopefully the damage the current one is doing to this place doesn't effect the new one coming in. The restaurant has good potential to be good little Gem in town with a little TLC Might give this place one more chance once new ownership comes in.Very disappointed for a Saturday night dinner out.

Been there many times. Have always had great and friendly service. I find their food is always fresh and is presented wonderfully. I also find their price point is right on on the mark. Their steaks are sooo tasty, and I defy anyone to find a better burger. Finally, I like with their sfir-fry, that one can pick ones own meat/tofu, sauce, and heat leave. Just go. You'll have a lovely and relaxing time.

Great beer on tap. Very nice selection. The service was amazing. The atmosphere is very quaint but hip. Fabulous patio for those sunny days. They have great entertainment options every night and bands all weekend. Check it out!

So I went to this restaurant because of the Groupon they offered. I drove from Waterloo so it was a bit of a drive. However, it was definitely worth it. We started with the crab cakes appetizer which was absolutely amazing! Had this amazing beer while we waited for our steak. The steak was just so juicy and wonderful. It had a nice char on it and it was yummy! However, the server mixed my medium-well steak with my friend's medium. To be honest, the medium was much better. After I reached home, I realized that was the best steak I had in months. Excellent food but the order was mixed up...
