Very kind staff, The breakfast was a bonus, just what you need if you do not have time to go out. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place as a nice place to sleep and get some rest. It would be even better if there was a pool. Will stay again next time. Close to the mall which was nice too!

Be ware of their accounting practices. We were charged twice, and made it difficult to follow on refund that resulted from their mistakes. Front desk or customer service not helpful. The prices might be higher that other places. Otherwise its an average hotel. Sandman is always my to go but this day they were full.

The location was close to our work site .The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Not sure why some reviews said they weren't. We had rooms with a kitchen.The room I had could use some newer cookware, but aside from that, it was great.I pulled the oven drawer out. No bugs anywhere as some reviews indicated, and if there were any, they'd be there.The room was very well stocked with extra towels and the like. There is lots of parking in the back for big trucks, but the entrance is a bit tight, so not sure you'd get a tractor with a trailer in there. I didn't try the breakfast, as I like to cook myself.The bed was comfy and had plenty of pillows. There's a designated smoking area that is covered, so you can stay dry while you shorten your lifespan.The one review about the back door not being useable to come back in is correct, but it's thirty feet to the front door. Must of us could use a bit more exercise anyway. I guess it's for security reasons.I really don't know why there are so many negative reviews. As far as I'm concerned, it was a good value.I've been staying in hotels for 15 years and my concern is always function over fashion.There's a convenience store within walking distance. There's actually a lot within walking distance, depending on what you call walking distance..We will return again, for sure.Thank-you for your hospitality!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. I got trapped in Metro Vancouver for a week during Christmas this year and these guys were able to get me a room and at a great price that they maintained for me instead of following the daily fluctuation. They gave me a place to stay at the hardest time of year and saved me so much money. Sagar, his father and rest of the staff are very polite and prompt and love chatting with the clients. The rooms were nice, service was awesome, breakfast was good and in a decent location for travel access and amenities. They were very helpful in providing day to day extensions and offered assistance above and beyond what could have ever been expected. The only downside, if any, is no potatoes at breakfast ahaha!! Small price to pay for amazing service. Thank you Sagar and the rest of the staff, you guys really saved me at Christmas. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment if you are needing a hotel in Surrey. Great service all around…the room is par. The location is a 7-mins walk from Sky Train , an 8-mins from bus station,and a 9-mins wait if you call a cab.

This was ridiculously overpriced. The room was clean but the layout was weird and the room had cosmetic flaws ( broken tiles, damaged platform for the tv( which was above the kitchenette counter) We had a 3am visit from a mouse trying to get into a bag of chips. $500+ for 2 nights.

Wasn't a terrible place to stay. Smaller rooms but it works if you don't care for a ton of space. The front desk guy wasn't rude but didn't go over the top to make our stay great. Granted us an hour early check-in too which was nice. The only real downside is it can get loud at night with the SkyTrain, maybe gunshots not totally sure (could be construction), and it is right on a main road so cars are often a bit noisy. Past that decent hotel with decent rates considering the price of things here.
