The cruise experience itself was overall good and the ship docked off from the town on time and arrived on time. Only thing dissapointing is the fact that the front desk staff who hands out the tickets needs to be more welcoming. I had an unfortunate encounter with the front desk staffs that left me deeply disappointed. The lack of warmth and professionalism exhibited by the staff members was truly disheartening. From the moment I stepped infront of the two staff, I was greeted with indifference by them. Their lack of a welcoming smile or even a simple greeting made me question their commitment to customer service. As a customer and a tourist visiting the town, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was sorely lacking in their demeanor. As I approached the front desk to receieve the tickets, I encountered a particularly rude staff member who seemed more interested in completing tasks quickly than attending to the needs of guests. When I inquired about certain amenities and services, their responses were curt and dismissive. It was evident that they lacked the patience and willingness to address my queries properly. It is important to note that the overall ambiance of a the cruise service or any business service is heavily influenced by the front desk staff. They serve as the first point of contact and should set the tone for the entire guest experience. Unfortunately, in this case, their unwelcoming and rude demeanor created a negative atmosphere that overshadowed the positive aspects of the cruise.I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly to ensure that future guests have a more welcoming and pleasant experience.

Best attraction in Parry Sound, don’t miss it. If you have time, go for 3-hour cruise ride of 30,000 islands on Georgian Bay. Its full of amazing and surprising views. Totally worth the money and time.

We joined the cruise to Huckleberry's Island as the first itinerary to our 4 day trip north. This was a great start as the speedboat took us to the island. Beach wasn't big but clean and sandy. We had a good time.

It was an amazing experience, first time ever boarded any ship. The three hour trip is amazingly peaceful, you can see all the islands of parry sound. The most amazing part was the hospitality and friendliness of the people living on those islands. They wait for the cruise to pass nearby their homes and they wave at you and the captain respond to them with his ship foghorn. The overall experience was good, however, once the ship docking back to the parry sound dock I witnessed the ship releases a lot of smoke and oil in the water and the nearby area is almost black in color due to this.

An Unforgettable Amazing Cruise Experience! My family and I went on a week road trip to see Central Ontario and Georgian Bay back in mid-August 2022, and on day two was to take this 3-hr boat cruise I heard much about. We did not regret participating this amazing breathtaking experience despite the dull overcast weather. My kids and I were able to move around freely in the big 3-story cruise ship.We enjoyed the announcer's meticulous explanations of the various landmarks (some quite remarkable) such as: going under one of the oldest swing bridges, the Rose Point Swing bridge, an osprey nest (took a pic of what looked like an eagle), going through a very tight narrow channel called Seven-Mile narrow, and many other sites and especially the Hole In The Wall narrows. Many islands were dotted with all sorts of cottages from rundown cabins all the way to top-notch deluxe multi-million dollar mansions. Reminded me a bit from 10000 Islands cruises but better. Also the announcer disseminated the history of the region (the time they blasted the elbow narrow channel so big boats could pass through, the time an unfortunate ferry sank in the late 19th century, or the spot where Samuel Champlain reached on his discoveries in the 17th century). It was bit pricey though but well worth it!

Island Queen Cruise offers a nonstop guided ferry trip around the chosen route of 30,000 Georgian Bay's islands starting from Parrysound island. We taken three-hours outer island tour. It travels through two Provincial Parks and into some of the most rugged and spectacular channels of the 30,000 islands. The cruise is well equipped with on-board eateries with snacks, drinks. You will enjoy the tour with informational commentary when necessary. It's very pleasant to watch the beach houses on the island banks with occupants waving hands and greeting you. The tour is beautiful and classy. Really loved it.

It's 3 hours trip and nice. You might feel bore after an hour. I notice people slept after an hour.
