This Pharmaprix is great, they have good service. Everybody is welcoming and willing to help except the people working at Post Canada's Office. This is my second time having a bad experience with them. First of all, they didn't have my package or just didn't want to give it to me when I showed them the ticket saying I could pick it up anytime during the day. Second time, we first of all did not receive a ticket saying we could pick it up (that is not their fault), but when we showed the online ticket to them they said that someone else had already picked it up (meaning it was stolen and no, it was not someone from my family that had picked it up). We had to go through the trouble of calling Post Canada and troubling their employees (when they could have helped someone else that actually needed help). We asked again the employees there and they magically found the package this time. In the end, we did get our package, but if the package was actually lost that would've meant that the employee working at said time would have not done their job carefully since you need a gouvernemental ID with a picture or proof that you are living where the package was supposed to be sent to. But since we found the package in the end, that means that said employee working at said time hadn't done their job carefully. In either cases, said employee has not done their job. I wish that this misfortune does not happen to anyone else in their near and far future.

I had a very awful experience at this pharmaprix. They had an item placed with a price tag of 11$ however it didnt scan at the cash at that price. The 3 boxes were all placed there with that price tag. We told an employee (Emilie) that the consumer law applies since the prices labelling was inaccurate. Whilst rolling her eyes at us, she explained that it doesnt work that way and it doesnt apply here. Pharmaprix's goods are not exempt of the law. She then continued by accusing us of changing the price when we did no such thing. We therefore decided to talk to a manager. Emilie went to get the manager but simply came back and told us he said no. We asked to see the manager and she told us that he had no fixed schedule and had left work for his sons birthday. The level of unprofessionalism at this store is astounding. Some employees were not even wearing their masks correctly if at all to make matters worse. Clearly, I will not be returning to this store.

We are not pleased with the new self-service checkout. The cashier informed me she could only accept cash purchases and I needed to go to the self-serve checkout....sure, she offered to come and help. But that defeats the purpose doesn't it...everybody else has to wait until the client has learned the new system. I refuse to be forced to use them if I chose to pay with a card. Today I left my items on the counter and made my purchases elsewhere. The client ahead of me also voiced his dislike of being forced to use the new system. What will happen next... Will I have to count my own pills??? A large portion of the population would surely agree with me. I have been a client there for many years, today was my last visit.

Terrible experience at this Pharmaprix. Employees don't wear masks or wear it incorrectly. If you ask them a question, they roll their eyes and barely answer. I had a terrible encounter with Emilie. She accused my sister and I of changing the placement of price tags in the liquidation section after we brought up Quebec's consumer law. There were three of the same item behind a price tag of 11.99$ but it scanned at 70$. Emilie told us that Pharmaprix didn't apply that law and that we couldn't get our item at the right price. When we asked to speak to a manager, she told us that we couldn't because he had left for his son's birthday. Logically, there always has to be a manager in a store, it doesn't make sense for there not to be. She refused to help us any further and told us to write a formal complaint. I will never be returning here after being disrespected by such unprofessional employees.

I have been going to this Pharmaprix for the past 8 years and recently I try to avoid it as much as possible due to the cashier Marie-Pier". Every single time I have been served by her she is not friendly and often gives a lot of attitude (eye rolling

This is the worst Pharmacy in the area and if I could give 0 stars I would ! The employees are so miserable. They roll their eyes at you when you ask a question and are just plain rude. I live in the area and I refuse to spend a cent at this place. The manager is also very arrogant and has no respect for his customers. I have no clue why this is tolerated. Last time i went i had a problem with the self check out, the employee was rude to me saying i didnt scan it properly as if i was trying to steal it. Then i passed my debit card and she starts screaming 'your card didnt work' as it said approved on the screen i said yes it did. I was so embarrassed at how she handled the situation, everyone was looking. Long face, miserable employee being paid to stand around while i pay my own items is despicable. The only time I will ever go here is for the post office, Dina is a gem too bad employees at Pharmaprix weren't as happy to come to work as she is !

3 weeks ago, they raised the price of Starbucks Frappucino bottles (when on promotion) from 2 for 4.00 to now 2 for 5.00 -- a 25% increase !!Will not be purchasing this again. It was alteady expensive at 2.00 a bottle; certainly am not going to pay 2.50 for sugared water.Again, changing something that ain't broke...Pity

I had a great experience at the post office with a cashier Dimitra. She helped me send money overseas. Made the stressful first time experience a very easy one. Assured me that my family would receive it and provided me with detailed steps

Awful experience, one staff keep following me and tell like i have a thieves profile and ask me to leave the store ! What kind of service is that ! For me is 1 of the worst Pharmaprix of the town ! You need to do something or i am gonna have to write a complain to head office for what going on ! Is not the first time and I am sure that plenty of customers are getting frustrated about the situation!!!!
