Looking for some classic tasty diner food and Tasty Tom's did not disappoint. Food was great, portions are good and the service was awesome. Food was out quickly and the server made it super easy to modify our meals exactly how we wanted them! Will be back if I need a good breakfast on Whyte.

Came here for the first time today. And love the place. Very much a diner-style menu. But the food was fresh and very tasty! Had a burger that was really good and look forward to trying other dishes. Have to say probably the friendliest staff I have ever met and had at any restaurant. When you sit down here you feel like family! Their Tasty Tom's in-house ketchup is amazing! If you are in need of a great breakfast or lunch this is a place you must try!

Had to try it on a Saturday for brunch around 11. It was jam packed. It's a small little place and is perfect. I sat at the rail. Had my order in right away. There wasn't an open seat except eventually beside me at the rail. It took a little bit to get it, so a few coffees were had. It was worth the wait. The Canadian omelette was excellent, with lil potatoes and I had to use the custom ketchup. I really liked it with my eggs. The fruit was an excellent addition. And sour dough toast. Perfect meal. They were swamped I didn't mind the wait, I own a device. The restaurant was full of conversation, great Atmosphere for brunch. It's a diner and I wouldn't change a thin. Next time....french toast! If you haven't been, try to stop in. The coffee is good and from my one meal breakfast/brunch is spot on!

Decided to check this place out based on Google reviews. Family-owned homey place. Food was great. Service was excellent. Staff is very friendly and also sassy, haha. Definitely recommended. (For the Americans, they also take Discover Card!)

Great brunch place, and great staff! Super friendly and fast! Pancake bigger than my head! Seriously so stoked to go back soon! It's been on my list for quite some time and I was happy to check it out, and treated to a great diner/old school family establishment. All sorts of folks enjoying their time at this place!

Had to come here when I was in town, based on the Google reviews. The Schnitzel breakfast immediately caught my eyes. Ordered that and while we waited for it we witnessed one of the staff expertly deal with a rude, complaining customer. Food was delicious and the serving was so filling! Would come here every weekend for breakfast if I could!

Went in for breakfast with 3 of us. Food was nothing special. Will take my business elsewhere as they charged extra for peanut butter as less than 2 packets per person is considered excessive.This the first time I've been to this restaurant and will be the last. Thanks for the lasting experience.Definitely not a 4.5 restaurant by people who eat out daily.
