I was blown away by the care that I received. My old apnea had just died & I sent a text message to Rav, in the middle of Sat . night last, asking for help. This was urgent, as I had a flight to Europe, early Mon. morning. He responded @ 6:30 am and set up an appointment for later in the day, SUNDAY! He solved all the problems within 20 mins. I have been doing business with Mainland Sleep diagnostics since 2013. When a competitor moved into a mall closer to where I live, I decided to give them a try. The travelling distance being the main reason. Well, that was a big mistake. The services that they provided were inferior to Mainland's expertise. I have recently gone back to mainland, and again been impressed by the level of expertise, and built in supports, like caring for my machine, making sure I have the right mask, upgrading my machine, or giving it a good cleaning. Their professionalism in knowing how to juggle the needs of my insurance provider, my doctor, and my budget are all a direct impact on my peace of mind. Thank you Rav for taking me back!
