We had Metro Contract Management come in to have some asbestos removed, and access panels cut prior to duct cleaning and are SO happy we did.From the level of transparency when quoting the work, and informing me of any changes out of scope as they came up - to the ease in which I would process my payment, I would recommend look no further than Metro.Shout out to Josh and Ross that were the team at our house. Informative, professional and friendly - our home was left in great shape after.You can stop looking for options - choose Metro. Thanks again!

Jamie was at our house within a couple hours to take samples. We had our results back within a week and they were able to schedule the removal within a few days. Jamie and his team were on-time, professional, and left the scene of the removal in great condition (no garbage, clean floors, no sign of work throughout the rest of the house). The final cost was significantly better than the other two quotes we received. I highly recommend this company and will use them, again, when we inevitably find more asbestos in the house.

Called this company about suspected asbestos flooring and Jamie was able to swing by on his way to another job. He even took a sample with him that day. He submitted it for testing the next business day and we paid for/received expedited results. Luckily it wasn't asbestos, but Jamie was extremely knowledgeable in explaining everything to us, including next steps had it been asbestos. Laura was extremely professional in explaining the results procedure and sending the results right away. I would highly recommend the services of this company. They made a potentially scary situation much easier to handle with their knowledge and professionalism.

I had received a quote from another organization that had zero Google reviews and things just didn't add up. I reached out to an insulation contractor who referred Jamie at Metro. Jamie found time to come out and provide a quote and peace of mind. If you are looking for Asbestos removal. Make sure you read reviews. Not every business does proper removal of Asbestos or vermiculite. They have to seal off the area and do an air quality test. Look no further than Metro Contracting. Everyone was professional, on time and thorough. It's like we have a brand new safe home for the kids.

Jamie does fantastic work. He remediated some asbestos that was found when a plumber opened up our kitchen ceiling. Jamie was quick to assess the work and provide a quote, and was incredibly sympathetic when I explained we needed this dealt with asap because I had an infant and desperately needed access to my kitchen. His team was so professional. We had asbestos removal done in other areas of the house by another company years prior.....Jamie's work was far more professional and tidy. Highly recommend this company!

Finding out that you have asbestos is daunting; however, having a pleasant professional team who is responsive, respectful, and on time, as well as efficient and gives good quality work at a good value, makes the experience less unpleasant.
