I take my dog here to socialize and the staff are great. They are patient with him and try giving him a treat, which I appreciate. I love the $10 dog wash price and take him there often since I enjoy the space and detaching shower head. Staff also helped me put him on a balanced diet. Thank you

With Value in the name, prices are not, at all. Chatty sales staff, less informed than I had hoped for though.

Very knowledgeable staff and quality products. As an example, I went in to ask for tips for giving pills to a cat. I got a full demonstration with one of the shop cats for two different methods that I was then able to successfully apply with my kitty at home! Talk about top notch customer service. :)

The worst place you could take your dog to get groomed.They don’t care! They will do what they want and disrespect you.I picked my dog up and asked for a trim and was completely shaved. Then Debbi acted ignorant towards me when I question it. Also when I corrected her on calling my dog a different name then her name she said whatever.Also her partner doesn’t care at all about your dog she just cares about her lunch break. I was told to go back in a hr. I pulled in the parking lot at an hr and was getting a phone call from them. I received my dog back with nothing done and an employee of this store saying now you can go on lunch to the so called “groomer”. I wasn’t even done paying and she was in the parking lot before me. My dog was not herself at all that day after ether after I picked her up.They are not cut out for what they think they do. They should be shut down.Also the pet value there doesn’t offer much and you walk in there you get snubbed bc they are to busy talking about their personal life then helping you.I didn’t dismiss Pet Value. I still buy all her food and such. Just different location and they are amazing. However I use a completely different groomer and my pup comes out super happy and respected as a customer.

They ripped me off took my Doberman to get her nails done & a shampooing just to have a nice spa day becuz she's the Best I went to pay and than I turn back to check on her & the groomer tells me she's done I asked what about her shampoo the Employee who shampoos didn't show up ok well it didnt look like the groomer trim her nails & I made the appointment for this? I didn't get a call notifying me The shampoo Groomer wouldn't be at work so I can get the complete service I was expecting. Not Happy I wouldn't give 1 star but I had to in order to warn everyone of this shady place

Being an experienced Bully Breed pet parent, Stephanie always recommends the best tools, treats, & toys suited for my BIG boy. I’ve been in search of the perfect gentle brush to reduce the amount of pet hair in my house and car. Stephanie suggested the Furminator curry brush for short haired shedders and WOW! I recommend using it outside as the hair will fly like snow. Definitely a game changer. I can always count on the educated, friendly, welcoming staff at the Riverside Pet Valu!

I was just in the store on June 14, 2022 and had the best experience. The two employees, Ivory and Owen (I asked their names) were amazing. They were both professional , knowledgeable and friendly. They assisted me in recommending food and litter. They are the kind ofemployees that any small business would want.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The do it yourself baths are awesome
