I was very satisfied with the hearing test done by Dr. Ataee. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He did not recommend hearing aids for me at this time, and welcomed me to come back if my hearing declines in the future.

I've had my hearing aids for over 8 months. I found the service very friendly and helpful. I was able to understand the value of getting hearing aids (memory, brain function, etc) and how to care for them. They followed up to review how things were going ( no charge) with no pressure to buy anything. Definately would recommend.

Quantum Hearing Clinic has provided excellent services to me. As a first time user of hearing products Dr Reza Ataee was very thorough, patient and kind in walking me through the process and providing cost effective solutions. What I have found in this first year of having hearing aids is that Dr Ataee is very responsive to concerns, is flexible for appointments and really cares about his clients.

I received my first hearing aids from Reza Ataee about two months ago, and my experience dealing with him was excellent. He is very personable, efficient and professional. On a recent visit to make some adjustments, he was able to see me very quickly and provide the necessary service at no charge. I highly recommend Quantum Hearing Clinic.

Amazing and awesome experience! I have had the pleasure of getting service from Dr. Reza Ataee on two occasions. On the first he came in on a holiday to repair my hearing aid and order a new one and the second when I lost one of them. He was awesome and had a replacement hearing aid sent out within 48 hours - incredible service. I highly recommend Quantum Hearing Clinic!

Quantum Hearing has exceptional customer service with far reasonable prices than competitors.My appointments were always a pleasant experience. The audiologist(Dr Attaee) who fitted both my ears was friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. He never seemed rushed or in a hurry. He was through in all aspects of the examination and fitting of the hearing aids.My basis of comparison is two other famous Vancouver hearing centre and the last 6 years support after sale.

I received my first hearing aids some four months ago and in all this period Dr. Ataee has been responding to all my enquiries with professionalism and sincerity.We have a complex wireless sound system in our home which requires knowledge and patience to make it adaptable to the hearing aids. This was all done by Dr. Ataee to our utmost satisfaction for which we are immensely thankful.Quantum Hearing Clinic and Dr. Ataee. are highly recommended.Michael
